Jay lays it down. Thats also a great video comparison between the mounts/bushings. That stock setup is all over the place.

Hey, I’ve been subbed since your Golf videos and can tell how you’ve really improved and it’s been awesome seeing that! I have a quick question about the b8 S4, I know I’m a little late, but I wanted to know if you have heard of the exhaust setup of @RodizzleS4, it’s basically TP > MF x pipe in place of baby resonators > AWE touring. There is barely any drone at all. I was curious if you have seen this setup and your thoughts on it if it’s still too loud for daily use or why you didn’t go with something more along those lines when you had the SQ5 or S4?

Ayyyy I know Jay personally! I've seen a majority of the transformation of his S4 from stock to the monster it is today!

Basically this car is get rid of the oil screens on the turbos. And upgrade the rear axles if you plan on tuning and dig racing. The only other issue I have is the air ride that breaks its not gonna be cheap to fix. Only thing I can say is if you dig race try lifting the rear a bit more than the front to help with the weight transfer.

@@IgnitionTube Did you get the slight vibration figured out? You sold me on this since I’ve added power but the marketing line on the JXB website that you won’t notice anything “if you have aftermarket exhaust or your windows down” got me worried about the additional NVH. Was it your rear wheels or did you just learn to live with the additional NVH?

There was a post on audizine from the makers of the part and they slightly revised the part by putting a small indent on it because the driveshaft is different from the c7 models. You can send it in for a free swap if I’m not mistaken.

@@hikeskool displacement is hard in europe since we pay by displacement in yearly tax . For example in my country the yearly tax for a s6 would be 1600$ that is why they keep most cars under 3000cc and why larger engined cars sell better in usa . They were saying that they plan on making engines bigger to improove thermal eficiency and make them more fuel frugal with less turbos , we can only hope .
