Absolutely the case with social media which is partly driving these circumstances. I'm not against self improvement. Hell I've been going to the gym for over 10 yrs and I can bench bit more than 160 kg. Here's the thing though, we shouldn't HAVE to do all these things just to get into a ridiculously inflated market.
The dating market is quite brutal now, if you don't have .0001% physique, lifestyle and status you really can't compete.
