Same with the King's "...no one asked for that" speech. Those who know will know. Those who do not will not. More a video for the ones who know.
The final.scenes and the final quotation sum up the utter futility, madness and awfulness of war. What a shame Wellington's moving reflection was.not able.to.be felt by countless despots since. War: a necessary evil,.but.still.an evil.
