Hey Laszlo...greetings from the southern most point in Canada. Leamington, Ontario. My first favorite drummer when I was a 12 year old, was Ian Paice for many years. When I got into jazz/rock in the mid-late70s, Billy C. became my drum hero. Today I'm 58, and these boy's remain 2 of my all time favorites, along with Steve Gadd, and Vinnie Colaiuta.
Ilove jazz and Billy Cobham is the greatest. I live near Buffalo ny and have seen Billy 4 times at the Tralfalmador Cafe, otherwise called "The Tralf"!
It is a delight to listen to such a compilation of great Music and Musicians with only one purpose which is to share with all of us their Art and most of all with brilliance from all of them with their collaboration with Mr. Billy Cobham. Thank you to all of them for their Jazz Masterpiece ❤🩹💯
Went to see Billy play with the Guy Barker Orchestra at Ronnie Scotts a few years back. Unfortunately the evening was spoiled by some idiots sitting in front of us who chatted all the way through, despite being told to shut up several times. Should have been chucked out but they were spending a lot of money on food and drink which made it awkward for the management - I spent the whole evening wanting to swing for them instead of enjoying the music. Will go back for another go sometime. Thanks for the upload, wonderful music.
The pairing of Billy with the Nicolosi family was genius, they bring out the best in each other, and Rosanna especially is a monster bassist deserving of even greater recognition 🤘🏻

This a PRICELESS GEM . Billy had some awesome people working with him on this album. Billy was a drum corps drummer in his early days. New York Skyliners Drum Corps.
