I try and look up just some regular ol videos of people doing dungeons and all i get is guides now. Like seriously why has the wow community focused soo hard on acting ad if they are a top player.
I was having trouble deciding between Enhancement which has been my main forever (except Legion) and Mistweaver, but you've got me pretty hyped to main MW next xpac, thanks for the videos.

I prefer MoH also. For either fistweaving or caster spec. TFT becomes an extra healing cooldown because all the added damage is gaining added healing via AT
now that rising sun kick generates a gust of mist and spinning crane kick or blackout kick have a chance, i am not surprised.
@LBNinja7 I have 3 question:
1. Do Overwhelming force count as ancient Teachings healing ?
2. Did you play jade Bond in mythic+ or raids? If yes how does it feel, how much cooldown reduction you get if talented with Crane style
3. Is it worth playing Resplendent Mist ?
Luckily I have tested all 3 of these!
1) no, as the damage source is overwhelming force and not one of the damage sources that proc ancient teachings, but the bonus damage from using vitality does lead to more AT healing!
2. The cooldown of chiji was not drastically changed, since you're also not doubling down with essence fonts effect. However in raid it's more likely to win out if you need a 25 second chiji, but it's looking like another yulon tier
3. SO FAR in beta mastery has been good, but not good enough yo pump ourselves full of it. If that does become the case, then resplendent mist MIGHT be worth visiting, but since it's in a very competitive part of the tree that's a big if

Nice vid. I was sad to see esscence font going away (was great putting a long running HOT coverage on a raid) but doesnt seem too horrid in practice. I love that Faeline Stomp has been replaced with the nice new Green Monk version as well! Can't help but think that a stat squish is now overdue. Healers doing 500k DPS is getting a bit silly.
@LBNinja7 So question for you about Master of Harmony. Is the stored Vitality infinite? Fistweave does sooo much healing on its own, I'm wondering what happens if we take purified spirit and just save it to act as a Tranq. The tool tip just reads that its' "Split" on Beta I keep seeing the stored amount decrease even when I haven't used TFT even though the buff doesn't have a timer on it.
also if you see this, what are your thoughts on Resplendent mists as a fist weaver, with Gusts being such a massive part of our healing overall it feels like this talent would be quite strong.

The vitality is capped at whatever your health pool is. This has some pretty neat tricks you can do like popping fort brew to extend the cap momentarily, or being healed by an rshaman or getting shouted by warriors, but it all comes back to it being a cutesy not so useful trick that also means you need to sit on a tft charge for a while to store it up.
Resplendent mists is scaling very well and providing a lot of throughput now if you can put some stats into mastery!

@@LBNinja7 anytime! Thanks for the swift reply. I took your fistweaving advice from another post and I just cannot believe how strong it is. Feels like the definition of “replaced by AI” with teachings and gusts doing 60% of the total healing. But with mouse over being added and Peer into peace I feel like there really are two separate builds. Conduit caster with soothing mists and harmony stomp fist. Really nice to get two tonally different specs out of one. + tank and dps, if only they had ranged dps. Cheers.

I got to hand it to you, you make it really appealing to play MW. I dabbled in MW is S4 of SL and didn’t heal at all in DF. I’m going to try and give MW a solid effort in TWW.

It's still a bit early to tell, especially because I'm waiting on shaman to not be buggy since the rework, but they both look pretty similar and strong!

It's a macro that casts soothing mist if I hover over an ally and castsjadefire stomp if I'm not!

No it doesn't unfortunately. But after you chi burst you STORE more so it can just be a great source of it!

In watching the videos I wish I would understand better how a Mistweaver heals. the only thing you talk about is how much damage you do. Not sure why you don't just play dps
Look for a newbie friendly guide on fist weaving! It's a great spec and revolves around doing damage that is then converted to healing through a really cool talent.
I have a lot of beginners guides! Two of the main sources of mistweavers healing is done by converting your damage into healing. I heal because I enjoy healing 😊

@@hayleym8787 nah, the title is indicating to me that he wants to talk about specific mechanics. I dont wanna see a 30 min dungeon run, where i dont know what he wants to say with it. Its a other thing if the Video is renamed, so you expect only a Gameplay Run. You can do that with maybe 3 or 4 timestamps, where he thinks "oh this is gonna be great" or smth. That was not an insult by my side, only a friendly critiscm.
Idk what to tell you man lol. You clicked on a video of a 30 min dungeon. What time stamps would you want for it in the future? I normally timestamp things like guides that have clear sections of different talking points like talents, rotation, etc
