Use his video tutorials for my shoulders and sometimes my back. Fantastic relief. Easy to fallow directions . Thank you so much! Living in a somewhat remote area these tutorials are unbelievably helpful.
As soon as I took it to the next level my left shoulder blade felt loose and now I feel numbness in my left index finger and thumb. What does that mean?
Am i supposed to do both hand down and hand up in one sitting? And should i be trying to make my shoulders level or let them relax? And is there supposed to be sets with either? Doubt youll see this but if you do thank you if you respond.
Hi sir, my left shoulder is high and right shoulder is low. I consulted with 3 doctors and took xray. 2 of them told me there is mild scapular winging (spine is normal) and one doctor told me i have to do physical therapy. Then i visited other doctor, he told me to take CT Scan. He told me there is no scapular winging, no muscle issue seen in CT scan report. He prescribed me with muscle relaxant medicines and told me to have good posture maintain.. What should i do, different doctors are talking different way.
Hey dr!! I had minor ckevicle fracture..but it's now almost 55 days but my one shoulder appear shorter than the other..did this help me in making my shoulder same😢😢??
Do you have any stretches for people with scoliosis? My shoulders and hips are uneven one side is higher in the other side. How can I kinda even them out?
I was born with one arm, and I do weightlifting. Im afraid that muscle imbalance on my rightside (side w/ arm) may be causing me back pain. Any opinions on what stretches could help this?
heyy im not sure if u can see this still i broke my arm/shoulder 6-7 years ago, and just recently got into gym one of my shoulder cant really seem to function well
Sir, what is causing pain in the front of my left shoulder when my girlfriend massages my left Lat. I also feel a bit soarness on the left side of my breast bone when i drop my left shoulder to the same height as my right?
These videos aren't entirely truthful. Physios say uneven hips cause uneven shoulders, not just 'tight' muscles. None of these will work unless u get your hips and chest released and worked on with exercises
While you are right I must say that he knows and teaches what you said, but for this short he just mentioned the tight muscle part. He has videos exactly for what you mentioned
Crazy. One set (5 reps x4) and my uneven shoulders (approx 1" difference) was completely corrected. Not permanently I'm sure, but this worked. And it felt good as well.
@@maco2275 Partner I don't have a clue, I'm just a guy. The body is all connected - your feet to your knees to your hips to your back to your shoulders and neck. All of it can be out of alignment, and it very likely is. To fix your problem will require lots of different stretches like this one, for all of these different parts of your body. There is no quick and easy fix. And like everything it will require constant work and effort. To answer your question - to fix it forever you will have to work on it forever. It's worth it though, take care of your body.
@@maco2275 No bro, I did it that one day and never thought of it again. Given that I saw immediate results I can assure you it would still be working for me if I continued though. Try doing it twice a day - once in the am, once later in the evening. Take your time, don't rush it, breathe deep, and feel the stretch. I guarantee you'll see results very quickly. If you have some major issue you're trying to resolve, I'm not in any way the answer to your problem. Nor is this one youtube short. But stretching - for any part of your body - is always worthwhile.
I’ve watched many of your videos are really good but; you’ve said this multiple times you’ll feel a ton of muscles. A person doesn’t have a ton of muscles. I have like 250 and so all combined their muscles can’t weigh more than 200 and a ton would be 2000 pounds, so can you be a little more precise? I mean your doctor and everything right. Lol.
I love it when he hits us with takin it to the next level 👌
😂😂😂
Immediate improvement I was actually shocked thanks so much
I swear mine to😢
@@aruna9138 Really work ?

How much time take
Its the rhomboids, infraspinatus, and lower traps that need to get worked for shoulder support. I definitely felt this one. Great video!

Man I sure would love a whole body daily routine. At least the important stuff. Would make a great playlist or video.
