Hi. Do you have any tips for defending on the weaker side (left side) when an attacker is sprinting at you since it's hard to move your body across them. I try to use my reverse stick but often find it's difficult to block any passes or shots from them as often as on my stronger side.
Hi, I get what is being said here but I am assuming that this is a very advanced level as with the X of sticks and in the position referred to by this video you would not need to be that close at lower level and your footwork wouldnt be developed to be good engouh to move with the skills that higher level have? Also with the step back right and left side leading with hips, should feet still face oppo or point toward direction of ball travel?
