I really got inspired by watching this video ..even i stared to develop my brain and trying hard to concentrate on my goals ..but Sir thousands of things are going around us ..many tension r there so it's really hard to not get distracted n concentrate on our aim..
You need to really pin down your desires, visions, goals and the reason why you wanna achieve them. Get attached to them and derive motivation from them. It will allow you to focus.
