Great stuff Nicholas! My brother´s son was watching the movie Madagascar one day, and I ended up watching it as well and im in my 40´s, and must say there was a fantastic quote from that movie from Marty the Zebra: "I'm ten years old. My life is half over and I don't even know if I'm black with white stripes or white with black stripes". I think that is a big question for many people in life, not just zebras or Juventus fans for that matter!

Hi Nick, I completely agree. I actually have it written in my trade plan that if I think a position size is going to keep me up at night I need to adjust my exposure to the market or don't take the trade. I know a trader that is often relieved that a trade is over rather than happen to see his analysis was accurate.

You have observed how trading affects mind and physiologically and made this video. Thanks a ton Nicholas! I have been trading from 1 week. After the session i have a feeling that my mind is about to burst and severe stress on my body and mind, leaving me exhausted. Now that i will follow strict routine of exercise and meditation. Once again, Thank you so much !

Awesome video Nicholas! Stress is a real killer in modern times and many studies show that strees actualy is the cause of a lot more deaths than any other factor... (smoking, drinking, bad diet habits etc.)
    Thanks for the information!

    Great video!
I knew about cortisol and it's effects on the muscle tissue. Your body will consume it in an attempt of surviving.
But your approach on the brain and concentration is fascinating.
A little advice on how to reduce cortisol : saturated fats and carbs are a good way to lower it (in a general healthy lifestyle).
    Coconut oil, fruits, etc...
A study has shown by the doctor Ray Peat, that one of the best "product" that can fight it is Ice cream. Preferably Haggen Dasz as it's one of the less "transformed". Or any good quality one. (not Ben&Jerry's sorry)
Hit me up if you want the study of this doctor who's life work is based on the immune system and nutrition.
Thank you so much for the video, I started nearing about trading and I'm so eager to know more about it.
I'm started my demo account about 10 days ago

I've been profitable for 3-4 months, but now that I'm trying to increase my trades, I've been taking trades a lot less, with a lot more stress. Trading really is 90% psychological.

yama4ever same here. Except after doing that I blew $200 with bigger trade sizes. It’s all psychological.

Have you made a video on why you trade Forex rather than stocks? If not, consider making one.

Hi nick. I made over 300 pips in one trade from the JPY after seeing the weekly analysis and implementing the duomo method. Double confirmation, 3:1 trade. I risked 20% of my capital (drastic I know) but when the trade is so much in your favour high risk gives high reward. No I'm looking for small trades and probably won't jump into another trade as it easy to lose track (and money).

Hi Nick, I've been employing the Kelly Criterion to establish the best position sizing. It would be good if you could do a video explaining this for the people who might not be aware 👍

If trading would be like 1-time-respawn-game. I'd be a millionaire by now. Because in the end, its just a game. But with money its a whole different story, it can change your entire life.
