Honda CX500 Revival - Making it Roadworthy! In the last episode I got the bike running after doing a bit of work and all seemed hopeful for getting this put back together and able to go down the road. Well, it took a lot more work than expected as there were a few unexpected issues that I had to work through in order to do so. This video is really great in showing those problems and how to work through them to get to your goals.

Swap the original single piston brake caliper to a dual piston as well as show how to rebuild it.
Swap the handlebars for a nice set of Triumph bends.
Showcase a very effective polishing method using oven cleaner and steel wool.
Sync the carbs and adjust the mixture screws
Install the factory H-box and exhaust
Use my ultrasonic cleaner on multiple items
Diagnose the turn signals and taillight not working
Try a new caliper piston removal method
Work through a strange series of issues getting the bike running smoothly.
