@rodrigoantunes8502 Andy is selling this Comet on my behalf. All of our Vincent's that we used regularly were fitted with those Indicators to make them safe and useable in busy traffic, especially as my late Father was in his 70's at the time. The modern switch gear can be changed back to a crude British switch within minutes, quite a simple task and the steering damper, I have been riding Vincent's all my life and one thing they can be prone to is shaking their head, this has happened to me on several occasions. Mechanically the bike is exceptional and one of the fastest road Comet's you will see.
I agree it's much safer in today's traffic to have indicators, if you're actually going to use the bikes. No one recognises hand signals any more. My Tribsa and AJS model 18 are fitted with them, modern Royal Enfield switchgear, 12 volt, LED lighting. It can all be reverted to standard if anyone wanted to.
@@Calvadoslash I use vintage every day, I don't have indicators because I would never use them or leave them on, I just use hand signals, works ok still
Sounds lovely. My brother John used to call them "half a motorcycle" (ie, compared with the Black Shadow etc.) but this one certainly sounds complete enough!
@@davidcollings4750 no, i dont have a vincent, but i do have a 55 t110, a 63 twenty one, a57 ajs 16ms and a 54 norton 7, all original as new withot modern parts that dont need...

that amazing bike deserves better... those turn signals and the steering shock absorver and the modern light controls... for god safe....
If that means it gets ridden and covers some proper distances then what is the harm. They can be removed if someone wants to put it in a museum.
