I saw them live on their promo tour for this album! Hell....This REALLY was the hardest concert ever but I wear my scar proud (I had got boot in my face!!!)...And I stayed in the first row until the show ended.... It was so cool... I still love it, over 20 years later... the first two albums are one of the best of the whole Black Metal Genre...
Don't you mean three? Worship Him, Blood Ritual and Ceremony of Opposites were all very capable albums

Ceremony of Opposites, one of those rare albums one can listen to completely and not having to skip any of the songs in it. That's what I call a masterpiece, in this case of this sort of avant-garde black metal that's still modern today.

I remember when I was in the army 1997. Samael had Released Passage about a year earlier. One guy in our group had seen them live here in Finland just before joining the army. You can maybe quess that he had no bad words to say about it🤘
