It involves splicing words and phrases spoken by a character to create new words and phrases (done manually). This technique is mostly known and used in UA-cam Poops and UA-cam Poop Music Videos.

In 5E 351 the New Temple went into bankruptcy, citing Sheogorath worship as the cause, and cautioned that The Reclamations would punish the Dunmer people for their faithlessness. Within months a new national temple was formed dedicated to Sheogorath, known popularly as the Gucci God, called The Zoomin Temple. The day following this, the Dunmer people awoke to discover Sheogorath had changed them, as Azura once changed the Chimer to the Dunmer. Where once their skin had been ashen and pale, the right sides of their bodies had become vibrantly golden, and the left a pale, dark purple. Along their bodies were patterns similar to those found on the Gucci God's suit first featured on the ZOOM album cover, golden against purple and purple against gold. The once-Dunmer people embraced this change, calling themselves the Guccimer, with the races of men calling them the Pretty Elves. Sheogorath worship has remained strong ever since, as has the popularity of his albums, which he provides for free to his worshipers.

This is seriously one of the most, if not THE most impressive series of songs I've ever seen. You made a legit rap album out of sound files taken from an npc in a game that has a few dozen sentences in their games.

He has a lot of dialouge due to a whole dlc based around him and he's borrowed voice lines from other characters that use the same voice type and actor since he did Lucien Lachance and you can hear the difference in some tracks
