에이프릴의 여섯 번째 싱글 ‘내 손을 잡아요’는 낯설고 어려운 순간에도 언제나 곁에 있어주겠다는 약속과 위로를 담은 노래이다. 모두가 들뜨고 즐거운 연말이지만 누군가에게는 가장 힘들고 혹독한 겨울일 수도 있기에 이 노래를 통해 그런 사람들에게 더 힘이 되고자 한다. 또한 이 전의 여러 노래들을 통해 관심가졌던 길 위의 동물들에게도 사람들이 그런 마음과 손길을 조금 더 내어주기를 바란다.
