I loved it. Totally changed my mood. The first song reminded me of an old savage garden track, but then the next ones were so chilled out and jazzy...very dreamy and beautiful....like the middle of the night in a big city in good company or a walk on the beach. Pretty cool.
Such a smooth and lovely voice and singing phrasing. I became an admirer since I saw you performing with your mother at Philadelphia and Brooklyn. Lovely voice, lovely face. You're great.

I just love your voice and the style of these songs. I don't know that I would have had the courage to sing in the shadow of your mother but you have done her no disrespect and in fact are of the same amazing quality that can't be compared. Jason recorded a song for the film SCROOGE AND MARLEY titled AMAZING. and it is included in the soundtrack cd. I hope Jason will upload that great song in youtube.
I just saw him perform with his mother, but it's his rendition of one of my favorite songs "Nature Boy" that made me cry. What a phenomenal voice he has AND such a sweet spirit.
Jason's voice is magical...I can't believe he's not been doing this for decades. What a gift. Please keep making this music. Barbra was RIGHT...what a magical gift we've been given. Simply exquisite. His voice does have a taste of Grobin and some George Michael flavor, but more than enough of his own unique magic to make his voice truly a unique gift. I'm floored. :)

Finally, Finally and Finally! He is OUT! I agree that first I felt like I was listening Josh Groban with a touch of his mother's voice but as more I listen to his songs more I see this magical incredible, amazing, inspiring artist. I hate the idea he has only few songs in his first album. I wanted like 32 songs so I could listen all day long. I think he came out as a singer just the right time. I hope he can sing more songs and have his own concert so I can come. "A Start is Born"

Who does this teaser promo? How unique and fresh! A voice as unique and all his own! At first I tried pulling his voice out other artists and realized his voice and technique are his own. This is SO MUCH MORE than I ever imagined when I heard that Jason was recording and writing music! This is gloriously beautiful.........both his own music and his vocal interpretations of some of the most gorgeous songs on the American songbook. What a stunner!

Exactly, wow - perfect words to describe his voice: haunting, soothing. It's so soft and frankly...forgive me, but "like buttah!" if I do say so myself. Who knew? I heard he had been singing in the last few years and heard he was very, very good. But hearing him sing left me awestruck. I'm so thrilled to have another great singer to listen to!

I have to say that your voice is very good. It is jazzy like Sting, but also has a pop style, and very pleasing. I really didn't think it would be good, but it is. You should be very proud of yourself. I love the orchestration too.
Why am I not surprised? You acted beautifully in POT and your were as brilliant in the Twilight Of The Golds. It was only a matter of time before we'd get a chance to discover another talent of yours. Not only do I love your sound, your song choices, but also your genuinely modest approach to it all.
