Excellent tutorial. I'm grinding my beans now. I have to make this. I picked more cocoa to put outside to dry. Thanks again for this. Continued blessings to you.
Blessed be and thank you for this technique. Works perfectly :) I have a little question... Can we dry the leftovers under the sun and use them like we could use cocoa powder? I tried (48 hours on a tin plate covered with a mesh) and it wasn't exceptional... Is it possible that moisture alters the taste of cocoa? Or maybe I didn't dry it the right way? Do you have a "special tip" to dry the cocoa solid after butter extraction? Thanks so much for your help...
Thank you very much for the information, I was searching in my language but I did not find any video that explained the process. Yours is very simple and I am going to try it. PS: I love your beautiful accent. Greetings from the Mayan Riviera
There's got to be a way of extracting the butter after blending the beans without cooking and wasting the cacao powder. What did you do with the cacao powder after extracting the butter then? Thanks.
