By far, this 122cm Sauter is largely superior. The intonation might need some softening, or it is your technique that requires some fine tuning. Expect the mechanism to be much better regulated than you may expect with any of the others, and the tone far more even. A splendid instrument.
This Yamaha YUS shoulb be best of Yamaha uprights, its a concert piano. Its sounds a bit anemic. But its needs a bigger space to sound well. If you find first piano, try cheaper b-series, those are good pianos for homes and suitlable for first instrument. Kawai did well. I wote Kawai.

A better pianist, and a better recording needed. That Sauter could then sound a great deal better.
