Hey Guys! This Mineralist Ocean Wonders eyeshadow palette is part of the limited-edition Bare Ocean holiday collection from BareMinerals.
The packaging is a beautiful deep sea blue with coral graphics, the cardboard packaging is completely recycleable once you finished using the eyeshadows, which is common to other eyeshadow palettes in the Mineralist line.
I love the colorful and soft color story of this palette! At first I was worried that there’s not much depth in the palette since most shades are in the lighter side, but it actually still works pretty well with the deep blue shade in the palette, the gunmetal shade on the right also can be used for that purpose. Once you blend out the shades, the shimmer particles in the pans don’t actually show up.
The most stunning parts of the palette are the pink and the mint green shimmer shades! They are fabulous 😍! You can also see from the swatches that they run all the way to the bottom of my arm. They’re truly wonderful and I don’t think I’ve seen this formula from BareMinerals before. I hope BareMinerals can come out with a full palette with this shimmer formula✨😌.
I think this can be a very nice complementary palette if you like the pastel light shades here. To me, I don’t mind to use this as a stand-alone palette. However, don’t expect too much depth if that’s what you want from this palette.
Overall, I’m really happy with this Mineralist Ocean Wonders eyeshadow palette and I’d recommend it if you like the color story! Hope it helps 🌼❣️
