Hey Guys! TOO FACED mini Popcorn Balls Eyeshadow Palette is a limited-edition mini holiday palette. It’s the same type of cardboard packaging you fold in many of the recent Too Faced mini palettes, like the Brown Sugar Cinnamon mini palette.
To be honest, these mini cardboard packaging palettes can be really hit or miss (lots of the time is the latter IMO..), the shadows can be really dry and the shimmers are easy to get hard-pans.
For this mini Popcorn Balls palette, at a glance, the color story is not super coherence or attractive to me, but it actually allows me to create at least 3 unique eye looks with a combination of the shades. It’s more thought-out then it may seem.
Although a bit dry and not the best in swatches, I think the matte shades blend very well and non-patchy.
Overall, if you’re interested in this palette, I recommend getting them during the sales.
