everyone has been talking about the Taylor swift & Joe Alwyn break up, news outlets said it ended on good terms... but did it really?
All that I know is that people on Twitter are disgusting. Sending this guy hate, creating theories of cheating (even if it turns out to be true), bringing up Taylor's past relationships. It's so insanely toxic that I became disgusted with this fandom. I can't imagine how Taylor feels about it.
It's getting worse...I've come across many videos and posts saying that Taylor is a narcissist and a psychopath and that's the reason her relationships end...honestly I'm so done with those stupid theories. We don't know either Taylor or Joe and it's so fucked up for people to create such harmful narratives around them and their relationship.
@@roh8727 Those are from haters, misogynistic haters. I don't care about those, now the toxic behaviour coming from swifties... that is hard to ignore. They fuel Taylor's bad emotions instead of helping her, because she sees all that shit.

The burning of the lover house would have been pre-planned well in advanced so if that was connected to the breakup, then something went down long before the tour. Furthermore, Midnights really feels like a breakup album with him. As if she knew it wasn't working and vented her frustration in her work prior to the ending of their relationship. I think it's more likely she cut him loose. Also, her songs(especially Bejeweled) are filled with VERY clear signs that her stardom comes first and she has no interest in marriage. Maybe he wanted to take the next step and she didn't. We may never know. Whatever happened belongs to them and them only. I wish them both the best on their separate journeys.
I agree, the house burning was well planned. It serves 2 purposes, as a end to her Lover set and the end of an Era as a whole since the house actually represented all her albums, not just a house with Joe.

No I still say she wanted to get married and settle down and have kids he was the one that didn't want to get married and settle the burning house told it all when at the end of the house there was 2 people on the sofa with 2 kids watching TV look back at the the video it tells it all he did not want to settle down

I do not think for a second Joe leaked it. He has almost outright disdain for the media. He knows they twist everything. No way he or “his team” (which is probably just an agent and publicist he shares - he isn’t Taylor with dozens of people hired to exclusively represent him). IF (and that is a big IF) the leak came from his side, most likely it was a friend or cast mate he told or confessed in and saw an opportunity. And I suspect because Joe doesn’t like the media, he will never talk to them about it and clarify anything. I also don’t believe he wouldn’t talk to her but do something shady like that. He has proven his integrity over and over so no, this is just more gossip and I think just the tip of all the stories that will come out of which there might be .01% truth in any of them. We know her closest friends don’t leak anything either so it’s all just speculation.
She is not the marrying type, maybe if he was Harry.
I think he gave her a chance to have a somewhat normal life for a time. Maybe normal is not what she needs, not right now.

My thing is… I wished the best for them both. They were such a great couple. But if they ended up not being right together, who cares? She wrote some great songs about him, just like she did with others. She’s fabulous. He’s fabulous. We can love both of them artistically. I think that’s what they’d both like.
I think Taylor changing Invisible String to The One was her way of letting us (her fans) know, and well, that’s all we need to know. So now let’s move on. Let’s STOP talking about her love life!! @@odile8701 seems Taylor was hoping that Joe would put his career aside and join her on tour and Joe hoped Taylor would cancel the tour and settle down. Neither was willing to stop their careers for the relationship to survive.

HOw taylor showed support to her ex Harry in the grammy's, I think that was the last straw for Joe.
His career is pretty bleak. I really tried to watch Conversations with Friends and his acting bored the hell out of me, as did his romantic scenes. Limp, lifeless lover.
