(I also held that koala about two days after she did!) but the contest was to see a private acoustic performance with less than 50 fans in the room and then a meet and greet where she told me my eyebrow game was strong and that she loved me! (I almost died!) if you google "Taylor swift nova's red room Hamilton island) you can see the clips from the show! She was incredible and such a sweetheart and so beautiful and genuine and she smelled really really good! Haha never give up on your dream to meet her! I never thought it would happen to me but it did! You'll get there someday! Don't give up! :)

I agree, the interviewer was incredibly rude. But to a degree she was right - there is a contradiction between using a song title and the lyrics of a song to imply the identity of who you're writing about and then saying "I don't name names." It reminds me of the Bad Blood fiasco - Taylor gave enough info that people know with certainty that the song is about Katy Perry, but falls back on the argument of "well, I won't say who the song's about." I like her and I like her music, but that kind of contradiction feels a little manipulative. But as everyone's said, the interviewer was extremely rude and abrasive.
I'm a huge fan of Taylor but this is the ONE thing that I've always been irritated with. In an interview talking about Style she even said "I should have called this one I Just Don't Care Anymore" referring to the name and who it's about. She's always saying that she prides herself on not naming names but in a way she still does. Even with Dear John, Teardrops, and writing "Tay" in the hidden message of Back To December. She's not saying "This song is about Harry Styles!!" but it's so obvious she might as well just say it and not seem so contradictive.

Many people will say it no longer matters because this interview was done a few months ago but I really want to comment on what I see here. I share the opinion that the interviewer was disrespectful trying to get into the private life of Taylor but she as always complete the interview with intelligence and class. That said, I just want to express myself on a particular part of the interview... At track 5:00 the interviewer says: "Next, Style..." and then Taylor talk about the song Style and that is about those kinds of relationships that are really never done... "about this one person that you feel that may interrupt your wedding and be like "...she think that everyone have "this person in they lives that fleet in and out of your life and that never is truly really over..." and here was something adorable and cute when she was interrupted on her very well study speech for the interviewer asking directly "Do you have this person?" and Taylor answer with smile in her eyes "like I say, everybody has this person..." :) and taking again her speech repeating the last words before she was interrupted, also slowly changing at her smart, politely and very control poker face continuing with "everybody have this person that fleet in and out in your life and I was comparing that with trend and fashion and things you see in pop culture that really never go out of style". And maybe here was just me but, I could see still sparkles in her eyes after say "style", like a secret that everyone knows. At this point, I really really love her. Must be so hard have to control every single word and expression in your voice tone and face when you are talking of your life. And of course for go on with the interviewer's schedule, here come the question that Taylor at this point was waiting but yet not can believe that be asked directly of "does your person also sings?" to get her always prepared and polite answer of she "never name names" and that is the only way that writing songs she can be vulnerable with so many people, an that she want this songs go to the world and become wherever her fans want to be AND, just because this interviewer take her a little out of balance she add "I want them picture they ex boyfriend... (dramatic small pause) not mine" Again, I just can say that Taylor is great, lovely, smart, beautiful, a incredible role model for many many young people out there, and after this, and because I being a eternal romantic, I keep with the wish that "this person that fleet in and out of her life" grow up and if he also can't stop to "fleet there", he find the way to compromise and not be to late, to in a future not have to go at the extreme of interrupt her wedding, and actually be him the guy there waiting for her with a priest and his best man. xoxo ❤️ Note: sorry my bad English

THIS INTERVIEW: so the first questions were basically just the lady asking answers. Like she knew the answer to the question, but the answer WAS the question! And then the last one comes and the lady is trying to force answers out of Taylor! like LEAVE BECKY ALONE!

WOW TAYLOR IS A BOSS. That interviewer was trying to get her to say a specific name, and reveal something but Taylor handled it so well. Even after Taylor said she doesn't name names and explained why, the interviewer still had the nerve to say "the name's a little provocative" how dare she.

I agree, the interviewer was incredibly rude. But to a degree she was right - there is a contradiction between using a song title and the lyrics of a song to imply the identity of who you're writing about and then saying "I don't name names." It reminds me of the Bad Blood fiasco - Taylor gave enough info that people know with certainty that the song is about Katy Perry, but falls back on the argument of "well, I won't say who the song's about." I like her and I like her music, but that kind of contradiction feels a little manipulative. But as everyone's said, the interviewer was extremely rude and abrasive.
I'm a huge fan of Taylor but this is the ONE thing that I've always been irritated with. In an interview talking about Style she even said "I should have called this one I Just Don't Care Anymore" referring to the name and who it's about. She's always saying that she prides herself on not naming names but in a way she still does. Even with Dear John, Teardrops, and writing "Tay" in the hidden message of Back To December. She's not saying "This song is about Harry Styles!!" but it's so obvious she might as well just say it and not seem so contradictive.
How does Bad Blood relate to Katy Perry specifically? It could be about anyone

Many people will say it no longer matters because this interview was done a few months ago but I really want to comment on what I see here.
I share the opinion that the interviewer was disrespectful trying to get into the private life of Taylor but she as always complete the interview with intelligence and class.
That said, I just want to express myself on a particular part of the interview...
At track 5:00 the interviewer says: "Next, Style..." and then Taylor talk about the song Style and that is about those kinds of relationships that are really never done... "about this one person that you feel that may interrupt your wedding and be like "...she think that everyone have "this person in they lives that fleet in and out of your life and that never is truly really over..." and here was something adorable and cute when she was interrupted on her very well study speech for the interviewer asking directly "Do you have this person?" and Taylor answer with smile in her eyes "like I say, everybody has this person..." :) and taking again her speech repeating the last words before she was interrupted, also slowly changing at her smart, politely and very control poker face continuing with "everybody have this person that fleet in and out in your life and I was comparing that with trend and fashion and things you see in pop culture that really never go out of style".
And maybe here was just me but, I could see still sparkles in her eyes after say "style", like a secret that everyone knows. At this point, I really really love her. Must be so hard have to control every single word and expression in your voice tone and face when you are talking of your life.
And of course for go on with the interviewer's schedule, here come the question that Taylor at this point was waiting but yet not can believe that be asked directly of "does your person also sings?" to get her always prepared and polite answer of she "never name names" and that is the only way that writing songs she can be vulnerable with so many people, an that she want this songs go to the world and become wherever her fans want to be AND, just because this interviewer take her a little out of balance she add "I want them picture they ex boyfriend... (dramatic small pause) not mine"
Again, I just can say that Taylor is great, lovely, smart, beautiful, a incredible role model for many many young people out there, and after this, and because I being a eternal romantic, I keep with the wish that "this person that fleet in and out of her life" grow up and if he also can't stop to "fleet there", he find the way to compromise and not be to late, to in a future not have to go at the extreme of interrupt her wedding, and actually be him the guy there waiting for her with a priest and his best man.

Because aside from maaaaany many stars of this generation, Taylor is so polite, so clever, so quick and eise with her answers, so well-spoken. Exactly she's one of the few artists that are external well spoken and articulate. One of my fav artists who is also like that is Logic. He's a rapper and but he's extremely well spoken and intelligent I love listening to his interviews as well.

She's really good at answering the questions, but the interviewer, maybe it was just me, but she seemed like she really, really wanted Taylor to say 'Oh, yeah it's totally Harry!' Adding the picture of Harry himself didn't really help. For all they know it was about Taylor Lautner, or Jake Gillenhall (I haven't the faintest idea how to spell his name.), or John Mayer! Just because Harry was her most recent boyfriend doesn't automatically make the songs about him. Thank God Taylor was so calm and patient answering the questions; I would have screamed at the interviewer to shut the hell up, sorry if I seem rude, this wasn't really meant to be a rant but oops.

I know not everyone sees it but she’s very emotionally intelligent, great at conducting herself, and very articulate.
I have to give her credit where its due, she's very good at avoiding those clever questions about who she's dating. If I were to ever become famous for any reason, I'm definitely taking notes
