Hi there! Just found your channel yesterday watching the Isle Flywater videos. One thing I will correct you on with the Nucanoes though is there are other seat height options. You can reverse the seat mounting bridge and sit low though this stops you swiveling much and you can get riser kits that let you have a low swivel or a higher seat even. There are also quick detach and swivel lock kits. I only know all this because I just bought an Unlimited here a couple months ago and have been accessorizing it. Keep up the great work!
Wow I still can’t believe that instead of being positive and enjoying another amazing video on quality products we want to take our constructive feedback and be totally destructive and cruel! Keyboard warriors seem to tear people down no matter what the subject matter is! There are videos still today telling people to wear their pfd and people still don’t and people still die even having swimming experience! My time on this earth will be to speak life, lift people up, encourage them and tell them they’re doing an awesome job! So guys thank you so much for sharing your wonderful product review and having fun together and enjoying time on the water! Keep us informed about everything related to fishing until I make my final decision on the kayak I want and make the final credit card purchase on my kayak tight lines LOL!
Just got a U10 myself and love it. On the U10 there's also a 3rd wiring plate at the front for a bow mount just like the full size model. It was covered by the price tag the whole video. LOL!
thanks for the thorough review ... really appreciated the nucanoe reviews noticed the boating shoes you guys are wearing... what model and brand if possible
Great video! Glad to see the comparison among the kayaks. I’m sure you guys are already planning on doing this but could you do another video with the same kayaks and motors installed on them? Torqeedo or Newport. I would like to see how they compare against each other motorized. If you can include an overall prize too. Performance and cost.
Just picked up an unlimited. Plenty stable for me but apparently you can flip the seat bracket/stand and lower the seat. Need a wrench though. None the less the shop owner i picked it up from mentioned he had a customer built like a tall line backer that only felt stable once doing so. Havent tried it myself but might be worth showcasing since i have yet to see anything on youtube mentioning it.
I’m purchasing the unlimited for photography work. Stability was my #1 requirement, then being able to get colder to the water by flipping the seat bracket helped to seal the deal.
that unlimited u10 isn't the sexiest looking boat but it has lots of potential for us bigger guys looking to get into kayak fishing and possible adding a motor in the near future.
I honestly very much like that new canoe and some other companies are going for simplicity stability and accessorising capability. I get that the tournament kayak scene is pushing for integrated capabilities and focusing more around motors electronics and stability. But I love standing and having space with the options to add stuff around me. I don't know how I feel about that purple though.... Between being my girlfriend's favorite color and all my recent fishing kayak purchases I'm getting very used to teal and cyan and electric blue.... I think white would be great too. Wouldn't get as hot. I'm in Georgia, that's a real concern for 8 months of the year.
White is great for the purpose you listed. However, for fishing, may complicate things .. very bright & reflective. I'd imagine may not be the best for fishing, especially when sight fishing. Great idea I agree, especially for the temperature part, my yak has some white but overall it's a mix of 4 colors. haven't seen alot of all white kayaks , oddly.
Nucanoe weight capacity listings are deceiving..... With scupper plugs in and "self bailing"...... Come on, let's be real, 400 is the real world safe capacity and even at that you got water flowing thru the kayak when motoring a lot of times. This has been a discussion in the industry for some time. There needs to a one industry standard.
Well are going to test that for ourselves to confirm. I definitely don’t believe everything I see on the internet. That said, we have the kayaks, scupper plugs and motors. Agreed on industry standards, they need to regulate it gor all brands. My titan x is constantly full of water at a similar weight capacity
Um, what? We said it was stable. But stability is NOT binary dude. It's on a scale of 1-10, where 10 is solid ground and 1 is balancing on a 2 x 4 on the water. Crescents DO NOT feel great to stand up in. It's a 6/10 stability at best. Nucanoe is rock solid at a 8 or 9/10. Bonafide is a 7.5 or 8. We talked about it man.
There aren't a lot of 100% honest reviews of the Bonafide PWR 129 out there, and you guys came to the same conclusion I did. When I first started doing my research, the PWR was the clear winner on paper. After I demoed the PWR and unlimited(both with bow mount xi3s setups), I ended up going with an unlimited, and it wasn't close. The foot steering on the PWR, while integrated, is pretty bad(new icast upgrade should help a little bit), and I'd say anyone over 6' tall would find it to be cramped. I definitely did being 6' 235 lbs. Both the unlimited and PWR are stable, but the unlimited is noticeably more stable. The unlimited definitely paddles and handles better as well, and it's almost 20 lbs lighter. No brainer to me!
Just picked up the Unlimited. Only been out a few times but as somewhat of a bigger guy myself the stability is incredible. Owner of the shop also mentioned you can flip the seat bracket/stand upside down to lower your center of gravity for even more stability if needed. Havent tried it personally as there is really no need to as of yet. Nice to have the option though.
why are you spending all of our time telling us where the seat can be placed and what a cup holder looks like? Anyone interested in the kayak already knows these things. The specs are helpful but short of that information this is just restating the what aall the other reviews point out. Try to be more creative lease!
How about this, rather than stating what you don’t like, state what you would like to see. CONSTRUCTIVE criticism can actually be helpful. Especially when provided in a normal neutral discourse. Also keep in mind that you don’t speak for everyone, as many people who watch these videos have not seen these kayaks on the water or reviewed by someone that doesn’t work with or for that company.
@@paulglass7268 don’t worry about this guy there is always someone complaining just to complain 🤦♂️ great video guys super informative and very helpful for someone who may be interested in buying one of these or a kayak in general. Tight lines and keep up the great work.
@@aaanglers would be cool to see how the scupper plugs drain in each one. My pelican stays bone dry in a rainstorm but my wilderness systems tarpon holds a few inches of water at all times

People suck lol. Thanks for the support!
Love my Nucanoe Unlimited. Glad you guys liked it too!
NuCanoe Unlimited for sure. It's like a baby bass boat and you can rig it a ton of different ways.
Yes!
been eyeballing the pwr and the unlimited for next season, this is literally perfect timing
I don’t own one but NuCanoe Unlimited for the win! It’s on my list for sure for this coming year hopefully.
heck yeah! It's an amazing yak

The U10 brought me here and now I'm in love with that K craft

Thanks! New Under armour Deck boot.
It was certainly a good video. Thanks.
😂 thanks!
I have an ss127. However, I'm really liking those nucanoe's.
I think it will one of the nucanoe unlimited

We would if we had the motors and kayaks ourselves. This was ata kayak shop. So we couldn’t rig them out…
@@aaanglers Good point. @NuCanoe, @Bonafide, @Crescent send these gentlemen the kayaks. Would love to see a Motorized Kayak Showdown.

What’s your guys opinion on the perception outlaw?
One of the few we haven’t used… looks rad though!

Do you have a type of seat recommended for someone who has a bad back
Most seats will need okay for you? Kayak kushion can really help too
Bonafide and Hobie have the most comfortable seats. That said, I would get a kayak kushion with the lumbar pad
Certainly baby
Yaaaaaaahhhhh
Are you going to test skf 117
Yup that vid drops Friday
Yup in a separate vid
Hopefully your bringing home the purple people eater lol
We did!

U10 all day. Both are great, but the U10 is just better all around
@@aaanglers For what y'alls needs or just overall?
@annalongfield it’s lighter, about the same speed, higher weight capacity and more accessorizable. Id say overall better
