hong kong phowrong. the noodle they served is fresh pho noodles, no boil, just pour broth over. some people prefer the fresh noodles, i like the regular pho noodles it more al dente and good for absorbing the broth. i did not like cha luu in that bowl, just wrong.
We had bún bò Huế in Hong Kong and it tasted like phở bò 💀
ya, i agree, the Chả lụa was out of place
oh no. i hate when restaurants simply add some chili oil or satay in their Pho Bo and claim it to be Bun Bo. happens too much in north america. 👀👀👀
