i do like conker live and reloaded with the new graphics. its a massive improvment. but i will always prefer the original graphics. i cant exactly put my finger on it but the original just pulls me in more

Well, when the original was made the graphics were made to be “Cartoony” to assist the fact that it was an adult game hiding within something that looked innocent, the whole point of the game in the first place was to do something mature with such a cartoony style. However, when they remade it for the original Xbox they made it look “Realistic” to match how the game actually was, even the music was less cartoony. While I prefer the original game and graphics I do have to admit that the remake is a solid game in an era where Rare was presumed to be dead. I can’t wait for when Live & Reloaded becomes backwards compatible with the Xbox One!

Actually, the ESRB was made in the mid-to-late 90’s (not sure the exact year). I always just figured the DK Rap slipped under the radar. If you’ll recall, the original DID have quite a few censored swears, and that was in ‘00 (I think...)

Ok so before the game happened, there was a big war between the SHC and the Tediz. The SHC won, and the war took off to space, where von Kripilspac is somehow alive, and there's this thing that's the Panther King who was sealed in a tomb... This is more convoluted than Kingdom Hearts.
I like the tediz with beady black eyes better. And yeah, I feel like there was an attempt to make the characters look.. Cooler? Which is missing the point of the cutesy, furry aesthetic. Does this version have all the multiplayer games like the original?
Nope, the seven classic multiplayer modes are only on N64, the only option for multiplayer on the Xbox version was Xbox live, which has been gone since 2010.

The OG Xbox is damn near impossible to emulate, it's pretty much a PC. Think, in a few 50 years it'll be impossible to play these games due to Xboxes breaking down unless a team of geniuses make an emulator, or play 'em on a 360.

The OG Xbox is damn near impossible to emulate, it's pretty much a PC. Think, in a few 50 years it'll be impossible to play these games due to Xboxes breaking down unless a team of geniuses make an emulator, or play 'em on a 360.

Microsoft keeps in secret the XBOX source code. Also, the console itself is PC-based, so that explains pretty much everything.
Why not just play the original game on a N64 emulator?
