Not a Jets fan, but they should have drafted a quarterback in the first round this year or last year and had him sit behind Rodgers (and Rodgers' fill-in last year). Now they'll have to get another journeyman quarterback next season and have him be a stopgap for their next quarterback of the future, who they don't even have yet. What a mess.

The Jets have a 50 year old tradition of being the place where quarter back careers go to die. You will never ever win a super bowl building a team around a 40 year old QB unless that QB is Tom Brady.
He's a great Defensive Coordinator not so much a head coach. TBH with the shitshow the 49ers defense has been this year they should hire him back as DC he'd definitely be an upgrade. Either way whatever team hires him will get a great defensive mind.

Rodgers is 40. I am 41 and I know my body isn't same today as it was at 21. The point, Rodger's is old in NFL standards, and I bet money he's feeling worn out all the time. I mean you feel worn out from NFL season I am sure at 21 but at 40... That's effort. I don't think it's the coach, I think it's a QB at 40 years traveling from USA to UK trying to keep up with men in their 20s in a physically demanding sport. Rodgers can still play, something is weird though but Rodgers absolutely can still play he puts it on the money half the time but sometimes it's like they are running 2 different plays but he can still read a defense and fire that ball.
