Geometric design of highways

In our third episode of highway analysis, we attempt to understand the geometric design of roads. Some aspects of geometry such as trigonometry as well as physics like the centripetal and centrifugal forces play an important role in the proper function of the roads. Without these principles, driving would be a living nightmare every day.
