requirements
3% hydrogen peroxide, 250ml in a beaker
approx. 1.5g potassium thiocyanate
a length of steel wire, a rusty nail may do
a few drops of 6M hydrochloric acid
instructions
place the hydrogen peroxide in a small beaker
add the potassium thiocyanate and stir until dissolved
bend the steel wire into a desired shape and dangle in the beaker
carefully run drops of 6M HCl down the wire

one may be able to use a smaller mass of thiocyanate
