Hello Shoaib ... Thank you so much for videos I like your way of explaining things.. crisp , to the point and with good examples .. nothing to say about your communication skills that is of top notch..
I have been thinking about project management related certs .. I don't have a direct "project management" experience .. but I do have experience on working on "projects" , " Agile and scrum team" as a member .
So what should be my go to cert in this case as a stepping stone for me in a world of project management... :)
PS - Agile related certs is in my mind

If you have no experience leading projects, it would be good to start with 'Project Management Ready' certification. But if you have some experience you can also look into Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM). All the best 👍

    Hi shoaib !
    Thanks for the great information.
I have a few queries, it would be great if you could help me with that.
I have recently completed BTech in C.S and I am planning to opt for M.S project management in Canada (for sept 2023 intake), so now i have plenty of time before the start date of my course.
Thus, i am confused which certification i should opt which could met the following conditions :
    1. To avoid the gap before my next level of education.
    2. A certification which could help me to get an entry level position in P.M which could further provide me with some experience and make my resume look decent?
3.what else can i do related to project management to utilise the maximum of the time i have now(approx. 6 months)?
    Thanks in advance !

@@santaand Really depends on where you want to take your career to, if you want to get into program mgmt then you can aim for PgMP or if you want to get into the business side of things then there is PBA

I feel like if you don’t have the 5 years + for PMP then PMI-ACP might be more beneficial than CAPM? Thoughts?

Hi Matt, really depends on the kind of projects you deliver. If you work on agile projects in the software industry then ACP will definitely be more helpful than CAPM. All the best and don't forget to subscribe for more on project management 😊👍
