Does the Givi top case interfere with opening the BMW side cases? I have a 1250 GSA and have been contemplating this set up. I’ve seen a photo elsewhere that shows some interference but manageable.
Hi Ron, It's true that panniers can't be opened completely, but as you know you can take off the lid of the panniers. For me personally it's no problem to use them that way.
Hi Incog Nito, I have a 2019 version of your bike and myself, along with many other BMW owners on YT are getting an audible "ticking" sound coming from the left hand side of the cylinder head but soemtimes the right side also. BMW have changed the cylinder head under warranty on a few bikes but there is still a "tick" coming from the engine. The tick is quite loud, as if the valve clearance is incorrect. This only happens when the engine is up to temperature. As a comparison, would it be too much to ask for you to post a video the left and right hand sides of the cylinder heads of your bike with the enine running and up to temperature so we can have a comparison. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Hello Tobias, never read about this problem.Read several GS forums in the Netherlands and Flanders and no one has ever mentioned this problem,Can you be sure, if this would happen in Flanders and the Netherlands this would be discussed in detail on the forums, therefore my question,is this a problem that only occurs in your country.

We have the choice between four colour combinations. Black storm metalic , is the basic color.Than you have : cosmic bleu metalic, style exclusive ,and style HP. The colours have not changed compared to 2019
Oui, j'ai pris cette option. Daytona a des os de moto avec une augmentation interne de 2,5 cm, que vous ne pouvez pas voir à l'extérieur. Je mesure 1,67 m et je peux poser les deux pieds à plat sur le sol. Vous pouvez également envisager la selle d'abaissement de toeratech, mais n'oubliez pas qu'elle est assez dure. Si vous envisagez d'acheter cette moto, il est toujours préférable de l'essaye 👍👍

I actually ride this bike and I’m 5’5 and a half inches ☺️. And all I can say is if you want a bike for the rest of your life then pick the gs1250 because it has everything. It’s never boring and it is relax when riding it. I am happy I was able to ride it and experienced it. Too bad I will never own one because it’s too expensive for me but if I have the chance to buy, I will definitely buy one.

The lowered seat is quite hard 6/10.Have since sold it.The windshield is indeed from an adv

Indeed,BMW panniers combined with Givi .Have no problems opening the panniers.The cases have two hinges and it is a small effort to take the lid off.

When you open the side cases do they hit the top case?
Yes they hit the top case,but each side case has two locks and the lid can be taken off the case.
I bought 58L, too. But, I think I'll move a mount, and makes sure that the lid will open.
