One of them days, Wayne. Had a friend fished there a month ago, he got a few plaice and some lady from the seafront offered to cook his fish back at her house and got offered a lot more 😮. It made his day,... But don't all rush down there 😂 Tight lines Wayne and sod the driving. I kip in the van and.

Well tried but i know having lived in Sussex that the plaice can be there along with the bream and mackerel in the right conditions, clear sea with wind coming from behind you and a sunny day too, it's so shallow their unless it's coloured right up in daylight for smuts, bass, rays, dogs and the dreaded ting you as likely to blank, but you certainly tried, night is different

Caught a dogfish but threw the hook same with a guy who lost a nice blonde ray whilst using the drop net. Great weather but sport was slow at Penarth marina and others were getting a bit pissed off with the sport.... Take care out there Wayne.

We fished Shoreham, Widewster Lagoon end last Saturday night, very disappointing, 1 dog and a spider crab.
Where are all the fish?.
Eastbourne yesterday was a total waste of time too.

That was a pity. Bit like me Saturday night, only one decent bite, slack line and all, and I wondered why it didnt connect. The clip down hadn't released, only time in my entire life that happened. Some days your god isn't with you. Next time Wayne, next time, thats what we tell ourselves!

Fishing on a canal next to a bridge when my mate went for a pee , he’s in mid flow when a lady on a narrow boat drifts silently through the bridge and into sight.
She takes one look at my mate having a pee and shouts
You wouldn’t catch much with that on a hook 😆
