TX usually stands for Transmitter, and RX for receiver. I suspect the available receiver has RX in its name.

i just ordered the tascam for $ 125, used from B&H. I am using the stereo feature on it as a timecode input on the left side of the stereo input and an audio feed on the right side, both coming as a backup from my Zoom F6 which has a built in timecode generator. It has more features than your deity which has no timecode accessibility. The tascam will give you more options as a filmaker in my opinion.

What does the internal interchangeable mic used for on these Zoom recorder, I see most people just use them as recorder for external mic and in that case why they don't just get field recorder models like the Tascam you have? But I do see some use the internal mic hand holding to record a source but won't that might have handling noise and does the audio quality good enough?
By the way, that double A battery shotgun mic of yours, Sennheiser has one called MKE 600, do you think it will be a lot better even battery powered mode? If use on this HD-TX, do I need to remove the battery first? Can the lav port connect a stereo mix like Sennheiser MKE 440? Can the XLR and the lav ports record at same time as seperate stereo tracks or at least both of them into separate 2 channels source?

Reporters like the zoom hand recorders for recording answers to their questions. For filmmakers they are handy in a pinch + I've seen the smaller H4n put on a boom pole instead of a shotgun mike sometimes as the built in mics are better than a most low end mics. Like any mic, just make sure you get it close to your subject.
the AA battery allows he mic to be powered and give a stronger and cleaner signal to the recorder when there is not the option of phantom power. However, in my experience, AA power it is not as good as phantom power. When using phantom power, it does not matter whether there is a battery in the mic or not.
The The HD-TX can only record from one input at a time. So no, you can not record both lav, and XLR at once.

If I want to document everyday, travel, UA-cam contents with behind and distance talk, want to move into game and music making too, I will get the Panasonic HC-X1500 camcorder 25-600mm F1.8-4 for video and Sony A7RV with 16-35mm F4 PZ mainly for photo, and audio gears I will get Sennheiser MKE 440, MKE 600, Line Audio CM4 and Deity HD-TX, are these good setup? I think better get either an actual pocketable RX100 VII camera or proper size A7RV camera since it provide better qualities and usabilities like unique 4 ways screen and also cameras in between of these sizes still need to carry in bag but I not sure should I reduce the projects I want to photograph like macro since we can just google them and let these specialists achieve them and I can just get an always with me RX100 VII? I hope there is a left handed camera so I can film on one hand and photograph on another when I want to, but I come up with the idea to film with DJI P3 when using A7RV and photograph with iPhone 15 when film with HC-X1500, good or there is alternative? I will use the MKE 440 stereo mic for video, MKE 600 shotgun mic to record elements for developments and CM4 pencil condenser for vocal and instruments and HD-TX as recorder but I not sure how to record my behind the camera commentary at same time, if I can just get one between MKE 600 and CM4 by extract mono track from one of the MKE 440 stereo mics if I don't have fully sound treated room and also if the recorder is right for me?

I have not used most of these mics, or cameras, so cant say. What kinds of projects you work on, and what your workflow is will greatly determine the best gear for you.
My advice is to go slow, don't buy it all at once. It is hard to know 100% what you need for work you have never done before.
Start will a minimum viable setup. What is the fewest cameras, and mics, and recorders you could get away with? What once are you the most sure of, and what wanes the least? As you work on projects, you will slow begin to get a better idea of what is working, what gear would help make thing easier and more efficient, and what wont. Some of what you discover will surprise you. You want a budget to fill in your gear where you find you actually need it, if what you thought you needed, ist what you actually needed.
