Last month, I ordered a 'Navy Blue Shirt Collar Kimono Sleeves A-Line Dress' from Tokyo Talkies, which you featured in your Affordable Work Outfits video in January. However, instead of receiving the navy blue dress, I was sent a completely different dress in gold. I've contacted Myntra about this issue three times, but they have denied my request for a return, stating that they sent the correct dress. Last month, I ordered a 'Navy Blue Shirt Collar Kimono Sleeves A-Line Dress' from Tokyo Talkies, which you featured in your Affordable Work Outfits video in January. However, instead of receiving the navy blue dress, I was sent a completely different dress in gold. I've contacted Myntra about this issue three times, but they have denied my request for a return, stating that they sent the correct dress. Additionally, I have filed a consumer complaint, but there has been no response for almost a month now. Since you've been shopping from Myntra for quite some time, could you please let me know if you've encountered a similar issue or if you're aware of any possible solutions?
This is really annoying. Honestly its happened to me also once or twice and I have been stuck with items. But I hope they are able to resolve your query. I just happened to keep them and resell it on Free up. If nothing works out you can try reselling it. But I hope they are able to help you with this.
