Where is the rod guys ? that fan is not a flush mount is a hanging mount system ,you have to have a longer rod ,the flush mounting doesn’t have a canopy like that and it has a different bracket ,still the guy filming doesn’t help much with all that talk !
If the guy who has the phone and talks a lot ,could keep a steady hand filming this wouldn’t be such a terrible video,the real working guys assembling the difficult fan are very patient …
is this a dummies guide ,you dont need instructions to put a celing fan together and dont put the blades on before you hang it ,the blades are like 3rd last step behind putting the pull strings and the light on .Hunter has been building fans for like 80 plus years the design has changed. Pay people that know what they are doing , these guys arent Electricians maybe installers

If yours has a remote to reverse Direction press the fan icon and up Arrow or down arrow at the same time but it didn't work so I took it back
