You must be so pleased with how it turned out Emma. It looks a lot bigger. And more storage is always a bonus. The floor tiles go so nicely with the period tiles in your hall.

Absolutely love it, we have a corner bath that we were so excited about when we bought the house and my very tall boyfriend got in and looked ever so sad and uncomfortable 😂 so we definitely want to change that. I love the hints of Birmingham in there too. ❤

I am currently doing my son's playroom during nap times. I started in October (wallpaper stripping, the whole works). He has now given up naps. I will finish eventually 🤣

Well done on the bathroom refurb. Finding wrotten floors under baths and toilets is common, but lucky you ony hand damage to the floor boards and not the main joists. Bathroom is looking good and looks much bigger without the corner bath.

We have had a massive leak upstairs in our bathroom and are currently waiting on builders, we have to have new floor and joists 😭 I'm dreading it lol x

A residential is like a little trip away with her school. This was for a couple of nights. Sometimes it can be a week x
