- My wife, Helen, is many things: super nice, hardworking, glory parker, athlete, total hottie. She creates lots of crumbs when eating, spills liquids and trips frequently. She loves muesli and doesn't think she's funny, which makes her funnier. I think she's fundamentally a better human than me. To test out my theory using dodgy and fun experiments and comparisons, I thought we'd have a friendly race up a very steep mountain road. Helen on wheels, me on foot.

I loved this! My husband recently rode whilst I ran a mountain mara run in Spain, I couldn't take another day of riding and really wanted to run the hills. Turned into a really fun day and I know I ran the hills way faster than I would have ridden them being a much weaker rider! Really earnt our dinner that day, as well as ran out of fluids with about another 8 miles to go and had to ask a homeowner to help out 👍🏻 #kindness 😊

There's a couple of nice little rides here, including an approximate 500km ride from Seoul to Busan (basically the length of the country) through some gorgeous scenery.

Nice!! I have that same connection with my wife except that she isn't as sporty as Helen. She works out and stuff but isn't that outdoorsy. However, we love to travel and make each other company. That's the way to go.

Was thinking this a whole time hahah, biking up a hill is much harder than running I think due to gravity actively working against you on a bike. Wheels don't like hills!

I think this was a fantastic piece you put together. I used to make videos and short films with my friends pretty regularly, but I've really stopped since going to college and entering the adult world. I'm quite jealous that you have such a beautiful memory caught on film. Instead of being jealous though, I think I'll go about filming a small adventure with my wife too.

Your wife's knees are drawing inward when she is pedaling hard. I think some time spent repositioning her cleats might be able to fix that. Depending how much she rides, it may never matter, but it's worth spending a few minutes looking into.

It is more likely she needs some stiff insoles. Knees turning inward is most of the time weak arches.
Some weakness in ankles but I'd imagine more weakness in hip abductors and external rotators. I treat these issue for a living. :D
She might just have knees that just bend inward like mine do, as well.
