@Oliver Twist, Brother, go to the faq section of the win 11 upgrade page and you will find something regarding what you have done. The third option, i.e, the ISO version is not an absolute recommendation by the MS. They have said that you may have to compromise on security to a level. It's better to have win 10 if your device isn't compatible. This is recommended by MS themselves, to stay in win 10 if the device doesn't pass the specification. If you are desparate to have the win 11, then you can do it, but with the cost of a compromised security.

Else, try troubleshooting. This will do it. If it's the second case, check if you have the device charged. If no, try charging the device.
