"You're asking the wrong question" ughhhh the WISDOM in this statement😭 I feel this so deeply, our flesh is always trying to get us as close to the world as we can when God wants us to be asking how can we FURTHER separate from worldly desires into honoring the Kingdom!! Purity doesn't end once you're married, it is a lifelong convent of honoring God that extends far beyond abstinence of keeping a lifestyle of holiness.

this is such great advice! my boyfriend and i have been dating for over a year now and we began long distance back in august due to college which means we can’t get married for another 3 years. when we’re together we prioritize boundaries but it’s sometimes hard to keep them knowing we have to wait so long. our distance helps keep us pure, but our summers and breaks together make it really difficult since we missed each other so much. if you have any advice for long amounts of time, that would be wonderful!

the same thing happened to me (i feel like the anonymous who asked is me haha) with someone i so admire and it's true that the first thing that has to happen is to give light about it. I realized that God allowed it to happen 'cause God is exposing my heart issue (lust) and it has to be right.
God is gracious, He's a redeemer but don't fall into the same thing again. We are too precious in God's eyes which is why we have to walk in holiness 💗

i just want to say THANK YOU, ive been there just like you guys, we repented and stop doing things but i never felt completely free, and when sb said talk to your leaders i panic, but i felt it from the lord and we got to talk to one of our spiritual mothers and it was crazy after that, the lord renewed the covenant, thank you.
