this is very interesting. As a British guy i cant lie. NASCAR cars are amazing
Nice to hear someone across the pond enjoys them too. F1 is becoming very big over here.
@@grassrootsnascarracing5431 I've always loved indy and F1. NASCAR is new to me.
Happy new year.
@@grassrootsnascarracing5431 hey what if it's the old number Black 3
I was paying more attention to your impressive nascar sheetmetal collection than anything lol
Awesome description on the levels of cars you can buy. The research involved has to be so time consuming!
that #30 Pennzoil car was beautiful. simple and awesome.
Fantastic collection. Those old Pontiac gen 4 cars are so cool! But I'm especially partial to all 88-1994 when I started watching
Wow, what a great description of what kinds of cars are available!
Thank you for this information. The best show car I ever saw in person was one of Earnhardt's show cars around 1999. It was pristine and beautiful. I saw a show car of another top team at the time and you could see the bondo and patchwork through the paint. Just a mess!
That Harry Gant bandit car is an American icon. Absolutely stunning to have it in your garage!! Amazing collection. Just beautiful.
Thanks!
excellent video man i LOVE that miccosukee car.
Here’s another British admirer of NASCAR..I love it & want to attend a speedway circuit one day
Hi mate, I'm very aware this is late, however there are a group/groups of NASCARs the run events here in England. For example this year I believe several are running at "American speedfest" at brands hatch and at the "usa 300" at snetterton. These cars are full race spec and should be going flat out for at least a portion of the time
Also according to the video I believe some of these would be classed as very close to or museum piece cars
@@Zippydippity thanks very much for your reply & I’ll make some enquiries as it’ll certainly be much cheaper & easier to watch here in the UK👍
@@julesingham8029 I've done some looking and one of the people has a website I'll link it in a comment in 1 second
I would love to see the mellow yellow car in person
I'll let everyone know when and where it will be when it goes on track. Be sure to follow our Facebook page.
I need to get a nascar now
Do it!
This is really helpful. I'd like to find one a track ready one with no significant historical value. Lol that way, if I happen to tap a wall or something, it's not a big deal to anyone, other than my pride....
A good idea
I'm give you a like because of that Mello yellow Pontiac, Wow
Hello mate, thanks for this. Learnt a good bit. Eventually I'd probably get a rolling chassis, with body, minus engine and gearbox. Probably put a detdoit deisel 6.2, it would run on vegetable cooking oil. Running cost would be minimum.
Well that's a different idea.
Good info.
I want that Joey Logano sheet metal at 1:35
I just bought my first one . It is only a roller right now but I have a 4th Gen Pontiac Grand Prix . Pretty excited to rebuild this car
Why am I just now seeing this?!? That's awesome! What paint scheme you going with?
@@grassrootsnascarracing5431 I have been putting together a Dale Sr contingency package and I have someone custom making me a full set of Goodwrench Decals . I was all set to make a Dale Sr Pontiac but I may try to find me a Monte Carlo to use those with . I’d love to make it into a Mellow Yellow Pontiac but finding people to make the corporate decals is TOUGH . We are actually FB friends and I live in Baytown . Love to help you out with your cars sometime
Ok, ok….you may have just got me hooked….
Greetings from Ireland!
Hello there!
Cup race car is what you need then put the huge squeeze motor with dry sump in your license plated rig
Nice editing, and costume :D
Finally got that heart 🤣
I learned from the master. :p
@@grassrootsnascarracing5431 bet
I fund 1 it looks like dale earnhardts #3 car
I'd love to find one, but being in Montana, not many around.
You'd be surprised. Just keep an eye on Facebook market place and racingjunk.com.
I have one for sale
No shit I think I came across some of your stuff for sale on market place today
Could be
how many Nascar cars you got and since when were you a fan ?
Currently I have 5. Been a fan since I was 12 in 1992.
i want to know how long did it take you to get all those cars in your garage it looks insane all the parts on the wall i could literally stay in there for hours just looking at the cars and parts in the wall
My first car was the Mello Yello car about 9 years ago. They just started multiplying like bunnies after that. Haha!
@@grassrootsnascarracing5431 that’s so dope bro one day I want to own one it’s gonna be so much fun
I'm Scott.
3:01 hey lighting u ready?
2:00
dear Santa: I want a gen 4 stock car nascar
Why are some of the engines detuned? I mean if i'm spending a lot of hard earned money i want it all original.
It just depends what the car has been used for over the years. If it was turned into a show car by the team, they generally won't put a full race engine in it.
Where and how do you buy a nascar
Watch the end of the video.
I have a rcr nascar minus the engine and transmission. If anyone is interested
Still have it?
@@grassrootsnascarracing5431 yes I still have it.
Yes I still have it. I bought it from Arlington motor speedway
