Rob Pelinka seat not being warm is a failure on Jeanie Buss for enabling him. He's a horrible GM.
Lakers are run like a family owned car dealership not a $7 Billion dollar organization/asset.
Assuming Ham is fired... Hypothetical: 3 star route (meaning you'd have to gut the roster, including AR) OR Reload and improve role players - backup defensive center, PG etc?
In either scenario, other than LeBron and AD, are there any player(s) who are mostly untouchable (as in, they would only be part of a deal if its a superstar, not a b-level star, and/or the perfect fit)

MailBag Question: Why was this series not advertised as Champion vs Champion?
If Lebron really wants to win another title, why doesn't he give up about $30 million of his contract and play next year for $20 million. That would leave an extra $30 million for another great player. He's already worth a billion so what's a measly $30 million to him.
Shoulda traded Kuzma and 1 pick for miles turner. Keep kcp as a shooter. Light years better than Hachimura space cadet. We would have Lebron, AD, Turner, Reeves and KCP. Then off bench Gabe Vincent. That Kuzma kcp for Westbrook bombed the roster for 2 and half years. Even if we kept Kuzma and kcp, we only needed to tweak for a big man, go all in for OG, or a big forward/center.

Lakers in Seven. The DeLo story not done. Where he goes at what value to be determined. Lebron is going to run him out of town for sure. This season is not on Russell. Russell, Reaves and Vincent was the plan. 32 minutes apiece. Would have worked. I think maybe you take Russell too serious. He clowned you a few times in the post-game interviews. I heard it.
Next season DeLo gone. James back. Ham back. Yeah, Ham back. Need a third guard, not a star. Atlanta Murray for draft picks. Lakers don't need a third star. Lakers need the big Defensive center that rebounds.
