@@reese3407 And Nasser looked amazing don't get me wrong (Especially compared to todays Mr.0s) but he always lacked conditioning. His hamstrings were very shredded but that seemed to just be genetic, in general his back was always very soft which made Dorian steam roll him and many others. If Nasser just came in more conditioned he would have won imo

He had a flawd physique because he had flawed thinking. That would make him the opposite of everything you just said. How did he have a perfect mindset or perfect conditioning? Do you know what each one of those mean? How was ge perfect when he looked as bad as he did before he died from all the oil he injected everywhere? All thr atrophied muscle everywhere that he kept trying to touch up with more synthol, but ended up making it worse. He got an infection and died and it was because he did something incorrectly. Today, we have Flex Wheeler with no legs and a bad kidney even after a transplant. Would you say he had a perfect mindset? This is indicitive of having a flawed mindset. Flawed. It's the opposite of perfect, literally. And the oil in Nassers arms made him look silly, and here you are claiming perfect conditioning. Even without the oil, he never came in with perfect conditioning except for maybe once and.even then, it was never perfect. Lol "Great guy, never met him"

I have experienced bodybuilding in it's prime. When I first took an interest about 20 years ago, and reading Flex magazine, this is the guy that amazed me. I think I read his shoulder workout about 100 times. To this day I swear to God I remember his words whenever I blast my shoulders. I am not just saying that to be cool, it is the honest truth. Nobody gives Nasser enough respect so whenever I see a video like this I just smile because it takes me back to a good place. A happy place

Unfortunately I think Nasser was caught up in the rise of the mass monsters, The late eighties into the nineties. You had a lot of uncrowned Olympia's during that time, Kevin levrone, flex Wheeler, Paul dillett, Marcus Samuelson, And Marcus ruhl. They had to pick one so they kept picking Ronnie Coleman, deservingly so. Ronnie Coleman was the king of mass monsters💪🏿

Now Dorian wasn't American but he was white. You have to consider the atmosphere Ahmed, This was the late eighties early nineties. Times have definitely changed And they just could not deny big Ramy. My guess is that if big Ramy comes in hard with no bubble gut this year he will snag the title again
