I am not a fan of his physique. He was the beginning of the end of open bodybuilding for me. Having said that l think is best package was 94 /95. I do admire his dedication and work ethic though.
I think he did the mass monster thing the best. Not because he was the original, but I actually think he brought that next level to the table and did it extremely well. I think what's happening now is people are trying to be even beyond the mass monster persona and it's really not going well imo.
I do respect your perspective though, as I agree with most of your comment. Anything after Dorian for me isn't viewed the same in my eyes. I guess Ronnie is an exception but it's more his personality for me. He's such a loveable dude lol

Agree, competitive body-building became a joke and unappealing to the the mainstream. While organic, natural, real is now becoming the in thing, there is still a very small minority wanting this puffy, out of proportion, counterfeit stuff. With bodybuilders now making coin on line (not that there was ever coin in competition) there will be a turn to what the mainstream want, clean healthy living and remaining healthy into old age, and this includes a lot of muscle building and the true body-building lifestyle. Of course looks come into it too, and natural looks better than this
The end of bodybuilding are not the mass monsters.
The problem is ifbb giving pro card lile nothing.We see on the Mr O stage people with shitty genetics and shitty physique compared to 90s.

Dude looked so much better from when he was young to 1986 that they showed at the beginning of the video. Compared to the other athlete Nasser El Sonbaty was not better. I do not reduce his value but we must be objective.

At 4:22 and 6:26 we can see Debbie his ex wife, she was for him all the time he was competing and winning, but after, he had finished competing, he had thrown her as a dirty laundry to get a young woman with redone breasts. The same thing as Marcus, Jay and Wheeler did with their wifes. Theses gays are not grateful to the women they helped them to be where there are now.

Great bodybuilder hard and grainy but an ugly body lower abs to stand out way too far from the side. Too many injuries too blocky all he had was a lot spread and big calves and hard grainy muscle
