+HARMARSCH2 I agree but I understand why they did it. Indian just has such a history to it where Victory was just starting to move from the shallow end of the pool to the deep end but they didn't want to take that risk. Thank you for the wonderful comment.
I just picked up a 2016 cross country a few weeks ago! I watched your video before I bought it. Thanks for the review! I made a little video about mine as well. Ride safe!
Those came direct from Victory when they were still producing them. I know Kuryakyn makes some identical to these. JP Cycles has those on sale right now.
@@KaptainGranite yes, but that's why I like white, I had a white truck for 17 years and only washed it 4 times and always got compliments on it, and I had a black Harley Ultra and it looked dirty all the time LoL,👍🏼
Ha! Great video, great bike too! Seriously thought about getting a used one.... But the "not making them anymore" put me back to a Goldwing. PS thanks for subscribing! I lived in Belmont NH for about a year back in the late 80s, worked at Shaw's in Laconia. Aaah, memories!! Stay well, Patrick
+Motoramblings oh wow that is awesome!!! I am actually moving to Belmont here very soon that is awesome! Thank you for coming by the channel. Can’t wait to see more of your videos.
How does your passenger like that seat and backrest for a long trip? I like the CC for most of my riding but want something that my wife can start to do more long rides with me.
My wife loves it, I also got the passenger footrests and those were a big must. I honestly wish I could find a plush mustang seat for it or maybe I will add a gel pad to mine. I rode about 500 miles the other day and I was a bit sore.
Do you have any problem with buffeting? If so what did you do to get rid of it, my wife says the wind on her is excessive and I have to wear ear plugs on my 2016 magnum I just bought it a few weeks ago
I do I ended up getting a taller windshield but I really need the 12in. Currently have the 10in. I also want to get lower fairing wind deflectors as most the wind coming in is right up under the fairing.
It's a real shame that Victory is no more, but I can understand why they did it all the same. Thankfully they've been killing it with Indian and Polaris has not been shying away from spending on R&D, so at least it feels kind of worth it in a perverse way. It kind of makes your bike all that much more special now, I hope you ride if for as long as it's possible.
That's actually not a bad 0-60 time at all for an air cooled big boy bike :D Hahahahaha that clip after the professional thing I spat beer everywhere :D I saw these pictures.... you cleaned it pretty damn good :) Heavy bikes will squanch you if they fall, lighter are better for newbies I agree! Hahahaha you can definitely say that, the man needed his donuts :D
Polaris should’ve kept Victory as a secondary line to Indian. Nice review Kaptain.

The victory 106 puts out 95 hp and 113 ft pounds of torque, the specs you listed were for a 100ci
Well crap it looks like I did 😅 well either way still love it.

+MotoMonkey awesome!!! Hope you’re loving it! I will have to check out your video on it.
Nice bike man. That white is sharp!! What kind of passenger footrest are those?

Thanks for the reply. I'll check JP Cycles right now.
Sweet bike, man. I've always liked the look of the Victory line.
You and me both! Sad to see them now in the history books.
I have a 13 xc with debaffled tri oval exhaust and I absolutely love the sound.
I bet! I really want to get up to stage 2 this year on my bike but not sure that will happen. But the tri oval would be the way I’d go.
Excellent review Kaptain, and she looks really good to, ride safe man 💯
+OZARKS H-D RIDER'S thank you! I try to keep it clean but does it ever like to get dirty.

Nice bike ,I have a vision ,but the motor cooks your legs in summer does your bike?
+David Stahl I haven’t had that happen as of yet or at least not to the point of noticing. How do you like the vision?
@@KaptainGranite I like every thing, the ride, power but not the heat .Keep up the good videos
You need a 1/4 turn throttle ring it's amazing how it changes your bike.
I have always wondered how well that would work for me. Might have to look into it.
It is worth it completely different bike after

Nice review, have the same minor complaints about my XCT. Maximums tuner, lloyds air cleaner and tri ovals will get you 100hp and 110 ft/lbs at wheel
Thank you Brian! Stage 1 is on my list that is for sure.
Great bike and review. Thanks for your insight. ML&R
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great review Kaptain! Keep it up bro! New sub 😁
+Señor Snipey thank you! And welcome to the channel!!!

Kaptain Granite is it the fork deflectors or the lowers on the crash bars
There is actually lowers that attach to the fairing that should help. I have now only been able to find them on eBay.
Send me a message on IG I can send you a picture of them.
Kaptain Granite please do send a pic, I can’t find them
My man! Lookin trim. Keep up the awesome vids.
Thank you sir!!! Keto is doing its job haha. Hope you're well.
+iz izraelite Thank you sir!
Looking good my friend.
Thank you!!!!

It does indeed, I honestly doubt I will get rid of it. If I do it will have to be for a dandy deal.
Love the color man
+TRP Thank You! It is a great color but does it ever get dirty quick haha.

+The GorillaBiker I still feel like I can do better. 8.2 was okay for a first go about but now I am hungry for a better time.
Damn that's heavy. My VSTAR 1100 is almost 600 lbs and I find it heavy. You'rs does look nice though.
I feel it in my knees thats for sure. That is why I am thinking a street glide will be my next one. that is 100lbs less than this bike.
Ready, steady, muffin. Lol. Sharp bike.
Thank you sir!
Vic Life yo!!! Gunna ride mine till the day it dies!
Same here Ronald only way I’ll ever get rid of this bike is if it’s a deal of a lifetime.
hate vloging at a red light its bullshit... good video brother ... welllllllll done i am now informed
+Hollarmoto yeah and once he hit the green light switch I was there for quite a bit longer it sucked.
0-60 is all in first gear on my busa. lol Still love this bike man!!
@Mitch Dohman haha if it wasn't I'd be shocked
Bike just like this on cycle trader for $12,250. Sellers in SC.
+Asa Westcott not a bad price at all depending on the miles.
goofball
Haha I will take it!
this one of the worst reviews I ever seen .don't quite day job at taco bell
And don’t you *quit* school either you need them grammar lessons.
