I incorporate mung dal, which is known for being cooling on the stomach and beneficial for pitta prakritis, like myself. I also add fresh amla and bitters to my diet to help balance my doshas. To avoid aggravating my pitta dosha, I avoid spicy or sour foods and opt for Littleextra cocoonion natural hair oil and shampoo, which are gentle and non-invasive. I oil my hair before washing it, and Littleextra's products help keep my hair light and non-oily even after several days. Ultimately, I believe that true beauty comes from healthy habits, good products, and self-care, rather than just external or cosmetic applications.
when you applied it, it looked like it made your hair oily/wet. Does that go away in the morning or do I have to wash it off? I have school so I don't want to go out with oily looking hair. And how often should I use it?
Mam mere bhot zyada hair loss hai like there is hair everywhere .. on my bed, in washroom , in my comb whenever i do a finger test on my hair they came out like anything and also i have very thin hair . Tried all the shampoos and oil but nothing works not even castor oil and coconut oil ... also i apply oil on all 7 days but still there is no reduction .. what shouod i do pls suggest me something plsss it would mean a lot .. thanks
Hi dear, I know it feels terrific to lose hair like this. I would advice to go to doctor directly before trying anything new now.
