If anyone is questioning the “bottle rod”, kid you not, my friends and I go to our spot on a lake regularly, and I started bringing my rod/reel just for fun. They have caught more fish off a can and some of my extra line and a hook than I have with $100 worth of gear and tackle..... 🤷♂️ it works!!!
There's a guy called ArkansasPrepper with a PVC equivalent of your coke bottle that is worth checking out. Combine it with the speedhook and I think you'd really be onto something. And let's be crystal clear about things -- Americans are going to need to be able to catch their own food if they are going to survive what Washington is trying to do to us. Good channel. Seem to recall getting a SpeedHook product a couple years ago from a company that has had gear in BattlBox previously...SERE strips fire tinder from Go Prepared Survival. M72 included the Spartan Fire multi-use EDC tinder...think the same product as SERE...but not sure if from Go Prepared. Been a long time...maybe BB didn’t previously include the SERE strips...but I definitely had em before the Spartan version - and the SpeedHook works too. Yep checked online...Go Prepared the original vendor for SERE & Spartan tinders, as well as the SpeedHook

As for the pond, my folks use something they get from Tractor Supply. It turns the water blue. But it kills the algae. And it's not supposed to hurt the fish. (I don't know about that. But it doesn't hurt otters -- which is why my parents don't have fish in their pond anymore.)
For sure gonna grab a few.. dude I busted out laughing when the trigger fired as you was walking toward the camera. It works great but definitely will have to be careful I could see that setting the hook in someone's hand rather easily.. keep great videos coming and God Bless, stay safe
The stuff from Tractor supply is copper 7 and its not great for the fish, for your pond you should put in some Ariators and if your pond is like mine, you know off the grid they make windmill and solar versions. Trust me they work and for a good Ole boy like you I bet you could take a company into letting you test out a few to show the viewers what for on cleaning up there ponds. Good luck. Superglue a handle on that tiny little tube; or buy a 1mm tube online for when that one is lost; lol. A 3-inch wooden dowel seems about right; bright yellow?
My dad had a stroke and can only use 1 arm. So we now gotta have his rod in a fixture so he can real with his one hand. He's been having trouble setting the hook and realing, I'm hoping this woks well for that! Any other ideas?
This would be great if I could eat fish. I’m allergic to omega 3. Fish have a very high amount of that. With that said that little thing is nice, seems to work great
