Still in the recovery process from my surgery. I got the analysis back of my kidney stone. I don't have to change much. I have 2 more weeks out of work to build up strength and stamina. I get tired very easily right now. As always, thank you for this.
I find myself coming back to your videos when experiencing extreme bouts of anxiety which is frequent. I suffer from cptsd and I'm not even worried about the future. I just can't relax ever. 😪
I also have chronic PTSD and general anxiety disorder. The medicines definitely help but they don't cure its a you know. When things go wrong in your life it can still put you in a downward spiral of anxiety fear and insomnia. I normally don't like ASMR content made by men so he's my only guy I go to LOL the rest kind of role play as the boyfriend. It's like they assumed that's what you need is a boyfriend. That's actually the last thing I need LOL I'm more so need a friend, a genuinely caring person which is exactly what Steven is I believe.
