She's looking good. I can't wait until we move to new place because yours's truly finally getting a garage with a heater might I add. I might just have to do a build series of your Gravy Bones Kart once you get the jigs built.
I try not to comment because i usually have nothing to say and this is no different except I would love to be on the list waiting for A Gravybone to be thrown my way lol I love watching your channel for the outstanding tips tricks and how to's you do, thank you for all you do on UA-cam Subscriber for life!🤙🏻
Beard, I really like how you have recently been machining your own parts. I have many years in the shop. Production, and fun stuff. I'd be happy to answer questions if you have any. At least let me recommend the channels Joe Pie and Abom. Joe is amazing at odd machining setups. I may be able to do some small lathe work for you one of these days. If you like.
On my Murray kilowatt I am running a stroked 460 with billet everything (the same one I've sent you pictures of in the past, I was wanting you to do dual upper and lower a-arms front and rear) I'm running a 780 torque converter with a 10T jackshaft sprocket and a 48 tooth axle sprocket. I will be doing a gear change in the future. It will go as fast as you ever possibly wanted to go and still had plenty of bottom end. I'm running the same SunF 18/9.50-8 A021 tires as you.
I'm poor and probably can't afford it but if I could I wouldn't mind a 2 seater version so my wife could ride with me. Either way I would probably fit well in a Gravy Bones because I'm also a big red headed guy from Tennessee.
if you have not moved the lean too shed .. put pipes on the ground and roll the shed across the pipes you will have too keep picking up the pipes where you where and put them where your going .. I have moved 2 sheds using pipes ,, 3rd shed round grape post .. metal pipes roll better the cart is looking great ,,like the idea of the extra brakes so you can do a rear slide in tight spots or just messing around ..also have seen brake setups like that ,, that your able to lock on for a parking brake ,,on the one I seen pull back to use it push a button then let go of the handle .. to release pull the handle back again ..
I like the scene where your adjusting the flat bar flush with the vice, trying to get it just right and the next scene its down in the jaws set up a different way to be square. Not making fun of ya just kinda giggling inside> :)
Very cool the way you made the linkage for the brakes. I’m not so sure on the 2 to 1 steering gizmo but I’ve never operated a cart with one installed so…. But that is a sweet chassis. What are you thinking for a price on something like that?
Thanks Red Beard, GravyBones, patent that name and design, and you can bet the Chinese will cheap copy it. 73 thanks and GOD bless as always. Earnest K5EWM.
hey mr. red beard....do you have a regular 9-5 soda speak?. (that was on purpose)....i hope you do get to make go cart frames in mass production...i would move from iowa
@@RedBeardsGarage For the Christmas sale price, I buy two sets of Kobalt pliers every year. I use them in my travel bags for fixing reach in freezers at work and they hold up real well. The dykes, needle nose, all of them are decent and the Channel lock style pliers in the 3 piece set is excellent as well. I get to leave my Chans and Knipex locked up and If someone walks off with a set of the Kobalts, I don’t have to throw a fit.
I have a 2021 GTS 150 hammerhead anyone know the stock roller weight, I run about 40 mph and have a passenger all the time when I hit that speed, I am wanting a little more tq at on the bottom end just wondering what cvt upgrades I should go with, btw it is totally stock
I have a couple of questions. First off love the work you do. Gravy ones is by fathers best big guy go kart. Q1- how big of a guy are you. Height and weight. Q2- is there a way to make it a little longer and wider. I’m 6’5” and around 480ish and I would like to see if I could use this kit for my frame. Pun intended.
I'd love to know what the price is on gravy boats has a kit that determines interest I'd love to make it into a golf cart where in my area they're legal to ride on the road large market for that
Where did you get that CV boot? My 8 yr old spent $200 on a go kart, so here we are! It was originally sold at sams and very obviously made in china. The welds are awful and finding parts is a nightmare, but at least the frame was worth it.
dude that WHOLE SAW machine is wicked!

I can't wait to see the full build on this project
Shew Wee, Gravybones is lookin sweet! Great job Greg & wife, y'all make great content!
Looking forward to having these kits available. Keep up the great work!

Awesome build!!
Need a cross flow pro table !!! Plasma table or water jet
I would be interested in a gravy bones frame. Very kool that you are pushing into the fab market as well. Very impressive.
When you gonna produce these karts …… this is probably the nicest adult cart I’ve seen. You should put lights so it’s semi legal 😜😎❤️
Put motorbike lights on it and it’s basically legal in florida I think
Looking great I'm trying to do something similar with a gokart and 250 bike motor through a jackshaft, all the best to yous and your loved ones
Now that you've added all this nice stuff to the Gravybones kart, wouldn't that make it the Biscuits and Gravybones kart?
BizKwik and GravyBones?
I think suspension would make it Sausage Biscuits 🤔 and GravyBones
you’re so underrated man. the work you do is amazing
I appreciate that!
@@RedBeardsGarage well i appreciate learning from you so anytime man!

Quite a handle on the drill press vise !!!!!
upgrading to braided line will prbly result in better pedal feel.

Awesome. Ant wait to see your jack shaft build
Can't wait for the kits
That must feel like Power Steering 👌 excellent build as always 👍 well almost 😅I don't count jenky stuff lol☮️
You always do great work.
Nice stuff

Yes please I will purchase that’s sick asf
Looking good man !
I love this channel.
I'm excited about a kit 😍
Depending on cost, I could be very interested in a Gravy Bones chassis!
Hope you have deep pockets

Interested in price on the chassis kit. What size is he tubing? 1.250?
Looks great.

Depends on cost
We are all itching for an update on the Harley cart.
I want one Greg. Please let me know when you get the kit together.
What spindles hubs and brakes are you running I like that setup

Imma need one of these quickeners on my mini jeep, but I have the same roters n calipers on it n it stops on a dime
How much would this kart kit be definitely want one
VW supercharger? Is it the old Whipple style they sold aftermarket for 1300-1600cc.
Looks good to me.
I wish I had your help with my custom gocart
I like it gonna be awesome 😎
If i had a shop and tools like red beard's garage i would build me a helicopter with a predator 212 engine in it 😂😂

Are those Quinn or Kobalt locking pliers on your drill press vice?
Kobalt. I had them in my spare tool draw and the handle was awful on that vise.

You should register Gravybones as a trade mark...
Did you make that table for your portable band saw?
Yes. I took a 1/4" piece of scrap steel and cut a slit in it and drilled the holes. Works pretty good.
@@RedBeardsGarage Hell yes, I need to make one now. Very cool

Do you think a Honda silver wing 600 would have enough power for a homade sxs
Have you began making the frame kits?
Just a couple of years

Where did you find aluminum rims? 8inch? 10inch?
I'd really like information on a chassis kit, please. How do I share my information with just you? Thanks.
What is the package going to have the total build? That would be wild
How much money would it take to build a gokart in general, I'm thinking on building a miata exo gokart
I'm intrested in a kit
Depending on the price I would be interested
Interested!
Take the key out of the lathe chuck! Dangerous!
Whoop!
I’d buy a kit sweet kart
👍👍👍👍👍
Following
I want to buy one but i need to wait for the model with suspension
Red Beard, are you taking deposits yet?
🤙👌
No way you can mess it up you must think very highly of people
seems like awful lot of money for a kart with no suspension
Sure is
