Left-Handed Slap Hitting: Skills and Drills presents an overview of the offensive game for a left-handed hitter. The DVD looks at the fundamental skills and basic mechanics required to become an effective left-handed slap hitter. The DVD also features a series of game-tested drills that coaches can use to turn a right-handed hitter into a left-handed slapper and to train that athlete to be successful. Each drill is explained and demonstrated in an easy-to-apply manner.

my coach wants me to do this but im a righty batter, i catch lefty though. ive never hit left so he just straight up tells me to slap lefty....i am so doomed.
