I have been thinking of doing something like this. Currently I have a ghetto rigged stand made out of an old tv dinner tray stand. Dont judge. Lol. But with the prices of 2x4s being $3.50 at lowes here in VA right now, it seems very cost effective to build your own. Even over the premade $50 stands on amazon, with my employee discount. Id also my self would be adding a spot for a shifter as well as a spot for my stream deck.
If you have the tools on hand, it honestly wasn't too difficult and I'm very much a novice! The 2 cans of spray paint were probably the most expensive items. In reality, the chair is probably the priciest item if you don't already have one. I was lucky with it as a relative was looking to get rid of one their kids weren't using anymore for free.
No its been pretty solid left to right. I did have a small amount of forward and backward tilting movement of the wheel base platform. To help with that, I added a couple small L shaped medal braces under the wheel base platform to add a bit more support.
Well made! Congratulations
except for A) all the vertical video and B) switching between vertical/horizontal.
Likely they were referring to the rig, but thanks for the critics on the video structure.

Do you have the blueprints
👍👍👍
Do you get any left/right wobble?

How much does it weigh
I'd guess around 45-60 lbs without the chair attached. I was able to easily carry it myself to my second floor office.
