- Bought a 1800 watt 48 volt Electric go Kart off Ebay for my son
This video was made Two months after buying it.
So far no real problems. Wire connectors and adjusting chain is all
Great torque and built quite well.
Typical electric go kart, there are a few different brands but al lseem the same for build - Наука та технологія
You're a cool dad,and that looks like a great place to be a boy
Man, your daughter has some self control. My sister would have put me into the wall at that age.
She was grumpy. She prbly thought about it
Thanks for helping me pick a go kart now I have to wait until it's in stock
that looks fun. wish i had this type of experience as a kid. i did though have a gas moped at age 12-14 or so. it was fun, i rode it on streets and cops usually ignored me (this was in russia)
Awesome loved this upload
Best Dad ever
Please post a link to what you bought, or something that appears similar :) That would be very helpful for us dads wanting to get something similar.
Yeah, buddy_ them work good! ;-Þ lol
Seriously, I like your uploads. Please keep it up.
20 seconds in and liked. Jessy Ventura putting a youngster in something that dangerous
An epic familly guy wel done mate
Awesome video brother.
Thanks for watchin
Fantastic amount of land. I'm a city feller. How much acreage is that? I have a brand new 4-month old grandbaby. I'd love to recreate this.
it come with those holeshots on it from the factory?
The real question is though, how does the go kart feel when you get in it?
What brand is it? 1800 watt sounds awesome. most are 1000 watt
At 1:30 I can see one of your disc bolts is loose, great video!
WTF.... Never saw that till now.
happy family
where did you get it cuz i cant find one of the 1800w go kart
nice place to grow up
Little dude was drifting in that e kart
Very cool!!! About how long does it take to recharge the batteries to full charge?
About 2 hrs. Actually haven't ran them dead yet. 2.5 hrs of riding and still had some juice
Cant find it what is the brand
Who was top speed
Please tell me if u can what is the name of the kart
does he still drive is?
hi, would this pull a small trailer with half a ton
Is there a site that is still selling this for a cheap price?
What is the max speed?
Will it pull dad tho??? 🤔🤔
can' find that exact kart. Do you have a link on where to buy? Nice vid. thanks for uploading.
Ever find it? I want one
Did find 3600 watt scooter
Oops 3200 watt sorry
It’s a mototec mt-gk-01 I think
It a go Bowen electric go kart
Yo I would love to buy one what they called
Im about to buy one for my son do you mind if I ask how much you paid for it and where to get it is this a 48 volt thank you
It 48 volt and for some reason all i can find now are 1000 watts. Wierd. Google 1000 watt electric go kart. Should be some links. Pretty sure they run close to the same for performance. I paid around 800
How much dose it cost?
I'd kill to have a son
Hi daddy 😁 i am just doing upgrade from 500w to 72v 3000w just wonder what is yours? Is it 48v? What type of batteries u got in it mate?
It 48 volt and I have 4 regular cell 14ah batteries. It is still going strong. My guess 3000 watts would be a terror.
You sound like the airport boss in “F is for family.”
How much for it ?
I have been looking for one of these for my minion. They seem to not be on amazon right now. He is only four so we have time but they look safer than the one I had when I was a kid running a brigs and straton 5hp. That and I wouldnt have to restore the engine. Also, the female looks thrilled in this. What did you do promise her a new iphone if she helped you film this? LOL.
Could you please make a video showing how the high med low switch is wired in? I'm trying to build an elec go kart myself and am not sure how to do that switch.
Did you ever figure out the high med low switch? I have the WPHMOTO 48V DC 1800W Motor & Controller (same exact on this cart) with the "Gears" wire and black, green, blue wires. Need to know how to wire the same switch!
@@0214mat black to green, or black to blue is high and low speeds, no connection is medium. I forgot which though you’ll have to test
Cost?
Is this four wheel drive? Do you also happen to have the link or at least the name of the go kart? Thanks!
my guess would be rear wheel drive lol
What kind of scooter are you riding? I’m thinking about getting an all terrain scooter for my dad (age late 60’s) to get around some property that has some hills on it.
Its a 2000 watt 60 volt off road hyper racing scooter. I have the geared down hill climb kit on it. Works awesome for any hill and take it on trails in the woods. Bought it due to bad hip and cant bend good. Glad i did. Ill be putting a vid up on it with links to the hyper racing site. Well worth it to me
scannerguy1968 - Thanks for the quick reply and looking forward to the video.
Weight kapeciti
Diabetus, Quaker Oats, and Colonial Penn. you don’t get any older and you never die.
hi can you please send me the link where you got this go kart because I have not found it
It's called the ZXTDR electric go kart
@@scavenger117 I still can't find can you tell where to buy it please thank you
What is max speed and what for a battery do you use ?
The speed is 20 mph and the battery is 48V
I know this video is 5 years old.. so not even sure you'll see this comment. But... here goes nothing. 1 - is this gokart still working well? 2 - what is the make/model? I really want to find a couple of them for my kids
Max speed?
Around 24 mph
@@scannerguy1968 was looking at the 1800 watt motor for a diy cart. for the 24mph (give or take) top speed whats the weight of the cart and driver for that speed? theres so little information online for specifics...
is this former governor Jesse Ventura?
How much is it
Price around 800 us 🇺🇸 dollars
Its a zxtdt
what’s the name
It's a no name brand
scannerguy1968 from where?
high all the time
Throw the motor away add double Hub Motors with disc brakes. Lithium ion battery
Sabes. Español
This is not 1800 watts. If it was your kid would have gotten hurt already. It looks like the Bowen 48V 1000 watt go kart. If major torque is the end goal then a lower voltage and higher wattage motor is the way to go. The fact that its geared makes a big difference.
Looks nothing like a bowen. Besides it being a type of cart. Moto location, angle of back roll cage, shocks etc. Nowhere near the same
You're stupid, you have no idea what you're talking about, no shit it's geared, so is the IC buggy and the 2000w scooter and every other EV on the market, It is indeed an 1800 watt I have that same gocart, pay attention to the video he keeps the power setting on low for the kid, also what makes you think because its 1800 watt that means he's going to get hurt at his age? That's the most ignorant thing I've ever heard, My son is the same age and rides a KTM 4kw 80cc size EXC dirtbike 6 times the power with no roll cage protection like a gocart. I bet your kids sleep in padded rooms, don't lie snowflake? 😂
@@joshuaainsworth5440 Walt A is just some stupid troll that keeps his kids in a padded room. He has no idea what he's talking about.
Lol that 150cc is not very torque friendly if a kids kart can beat it
Barely enough to spin out on gravel. Clutch springs and weights are stock
That's a benefit of electric, the torque is there instantly were as a combustion engine needs to move up in the rpm to get to it's power band.
Hey Joe, go tell Quagmire to shutup.
