for anyone wondering: why going to the gym can improve things like reaction time or memory is because, when your blood circulates trough the body, it needs to combat the force of gravity to go up(to your brain especially) and because of (science stuff that i dont feel like explaining), exercise improves blood circulation throughout your body so you have a stronger immunity system, improved oxygen levels(because blood transports oxygen trough the body) and most importantly better brain. your brain uses about 20% of the blood in your body so its important it gets a lot of blood.

Honestly, some of the best advice I've ever heard regarding VALORANT, as well as just some great life advice in general. A strong mindset can bring you anywhere, but you gotta have fun while doing it and have a healthy mental too. I definitely see you becoming a bigger creator in the future!
We live too young to worry about other peoples opinions and hate, live life to the fullest and have fun while doing it because at the end of the day, we only have one of these lives, let's use it to the best of our ability!
Best video advice to rank up I have EVER seen Sometimes people are so focused and sweaty on the game that they forget the root of the problem, which can be plenty of things outside the game itself, only facts bro, spread the word
What he said about having fun is straight up facts. I can be solo queue playing my main not having fun and then I get 12frags. Then I play with my friends where I can play the most troll agents and then I suddenly get 20+. Having fun is a buff
The best games are always the ones where you are having the most fun and meshing well with your teammates, no matter if you are dropping 10 kills or 30. That's why I always recommend to find a duo that not only makes it fun, but keep you accountable with one another to stay on your A game.
what a vid honestly you really explained the outside things that effect the game. Hope people learn from it and improve their lifes and not only their elo
Hi Rooney, do you think not having a gaming setup will cap my rank a lot? I’m currently playing on a 15.6 inch gaming laptop, and not too sure what I can do to get better.
I think having a setup is defitnely something that could take you to the next level however if it’s too expensive, you can still do a lot with a laptop as I know some players who are immortal while pls you by on one.

Currently have ranked up from b3 to g1 in a week, ima keep improving. Elo hell doesn't have as many smurfs as you think, just the hard resets holding people back. Sucks but it's the trust
my k/d is 1.4-1.5 avg , clutch rate is about 50-55% but win rate is only 49% . My advice is build a team and play together , make plans , use strats coz that's what pro do . we solo queue and do only our thing . But we never go for team support . like smokes and flashes and dashes etc . i was bronze when I used to solo but with my friends am silver 2 now .
for me the aim secret is aimtraining for at least 2-3 hours a day, mostly weakness focused and it REALLY helps please if you are gonna do this do your research or learn a bit about aim training theory bc having someone playing 3 hours a day of gridshot ultimate only does not help almost at all
Agreed, however I do think 2-3 hours a day of aim training is a bit much and unrealistic for a lot of players. Obviously, congrats on you to be able to keep that routine, but I do think for the average person, finding a routine that is around 30-45mins that you can do 3x a week is MORE than enough to see mass amounts of improve, similar to how you would in the gym. More work doesn't always necessarily equal better results.
my guy I have so much time on valorant, I am level 631 basically played since beta and I also had 300 hours on CSGo. My peak in Valorant was only asc1 and I am currently stuck in plat ... I practice all the time and my biggest problem is that I keep changing sens in game and like each day, I've never actually stuck to a sens for more than a month. My aim I would say is nice but really inconsistent. I have a 30% HS. I practice a lot and aim lab sometimes, i just dk why im not improving after all this time of playing. I have vod reviewed once before but i didn't feel like i learnt anything from it so i never did it again so idk what to do. Till this day I dont know my perfect sens, I need help :D
I don’t blame my teammates for being bad, but i get angry when i have 2 healers on my team who can heal any moment don’t heal anyone, even when asked politely.
Yeah, sometimes that will happen and it sucks, we just have to adjust and adapt to that and play differently off of your teammates instead of with thme.
I’m currently s3 (I switched from console to pc in April 2023 when I started val) with a win rate off 57,5% a k/d off 1.34 hs rate off only 17% and a tracker score off 871 guess I need improvement (with 500 hours)
Hey man that's really good! Your win rate looks good and all your stats look good, it is just simply a matter of time before you break out of gold here. In order to rank up, as long as you have above a 50.1% win rate, it is inevitable to happen, keep up the great work!
Thx I will but I won’t get gold soon since I que with mostly with iron friends and just have a great time but I know I can preform decent against plats so that gives me hope
This applies to everything in life as well. Anyone can get jacked, anyone can be academically proficient, and theoretically anyone can do pretty much anything they want, but people don't understand the hardwork it takes and always try to find short cuts to reach them, which is why most never achieve their goals. It's truly sad to see and I want to foster an environment where that happens as little as possible.
Hey man you are the one giving me ad revenue and are hard stuck, make sure to use my Valorant tracker code while you’re at it, just paying for my parents retirement even more! We love free engagement!
Yeah I know it’s chill, I’m not hating, just the more you comment the better my video does. Keep talking , again I am the only one profiting off this engagement :)
You pretty much said this but an easy way to say this is never play if you shouldn’t be eg you have stuff to do you and especially if you should be sleeping!
1st of all, it won't take a "month". Learning how to be consistent is a life long skill that is applied to everything. I will make a totally separate video, 1 on how to be consistent in Valorant and 2. how to be consistent in general.
The reason for this is because I simply don’t have enough clips sometimes to make videos, so instead of making it a full game of me just playing and not being flashy, I try to use people that I love and look up to and genuinely think are insane to give them more recognition and show my support. Again, I always credit them in the description and I always correct people thinking if it is me. Hope this helped you understand why I do it and I hoped you enjoyed the video:
Okay 55% win rate is a bit much... I been cimbing with 48% although stagnated after also i feel like KD doesnt matter you dont have to get every kill just impact frags
Even if that happens, try to find a way to have fun on your lonesome. This happens to me all the time even in Radiant and the way I combat it is to simply mute, play my own game, and put on some good music and focus on fights.
Unfortunately that isn’t me in the background but I am a top 700 player and the only way you can get to that level is long hours in aim trainers, a tons of dms, and a lot of hours in the game. Again, there is no secret to getting good aim other than putting in the work in doing so, just like getting a jacked physique
if you're K/D is 1.7+ and you are losing, do you really think that is your teammates fault or you not finishing the rounds off. Don't get me wrong, it is really tough to play really well and lose because of teammates poor decisions, but why do you think players are in Immortal or even Radiant with less than 1 K/D? It's because they FINISH the rounds and prioritize NOT on kills rather FOCUS on WINNING. It honestly doesn't matter if you drop 70 kills a game, if you aren't winning, YOU ARE DOING SOMTHING WRONG. Obviously, it's not all your fault, but always frame your mind to it being your fault for you to break out of your own ego shell and ACTUALLY improve.
I just made a video talking about how to get out of gold fast which covers the fundamentals to improve, how to pick your main agents and mentality to win! I suggest checking it out!
Hitting Inmortal by only playing with randoms is almost impossible. I want to differ you in some points giving you my opinion so that you can correct me if I am mistaken. You mentioned that "You are the problem". I understand that you have to have a basic level of aiming and game sense, but most of the games are not based on that. I have been bronze 3 for like a year or something. Cero-coms teams, throwers, smurfs in the other team, etc. Those facts affect my game more than my aiming. Let's break the fact that my aim is not good. I vary between 0.8-1.2 in my best games (expect when matched with bots that I do 1.8-2, but those does not count). I try to compensate that with info characters or controllers, to offer more support than actual kills. But seems impossible to win a match, because my teammates does not follow a plan, or just go by themselves. So even if I end less than 1.0 KDA, will it be always my fault? I just want to know. I know that blaming my teammates is not gonna help me on anything, but I am eager to know if it is mainly my fault, or if I am "right" to blame them. Thank you for taking your team to read this (if you get to do so).
In the statement you wrote about "my aim is not good", why would you continue to blame teammates. It would be one thing that you are match mvping, having an average of a 2.0kd every single game, and still losing... however that is simply not the case here. Yes, you will have very unfortunate times where you are placed with poor teammates and poor comp choices, but that should not be used an excuse as to why you are hard stuck because you aren't the only one going through that. Many of my students have gone through this, my friends have gone through, and even I going from iron to immortal in one act have gone through this even in Immortal/Radiant still. This never changes, but I simply didn't care. I fragged out, I made sure that I got my 1-2 kills per round, and did my best to coordinate not with my teammates but instead off of their actions to support them and increase the chances of winning without even having to talk to them. Look, I know it's frustrating to feel hardstuck, but if it was truly an "impossible" task, then no one would reach a level of where you want to be right?
In the statement of "why would you continue blaming your teammates", just to clarify to understand completly so I can improve. Are you required to get 1/2 per round in order to be good?Am I only allowed to say something (about their performance) if I was team mvp or top frags? Secondly, when I mentioned it to be an "impossible" task, I based on the fact that I have only observed people playing Inmortal or Radiant wth at least 1 friend/party member. I have never observed (maybe because of ignorance or lack of research) people hitting these rank without a "duo", or a party to play with. Based on probabilities, it is most certain that there has to be at least 1 person that got all the way up alone. I was only talking from what I have been able to observe. Either way, thank you for your feedback, and I will try to achieve my goal by myself.
@g00gle080 I am living proof that you can do it alone. I not only did it once the first time I ever hit it, I did it again to prove to myself that it wasn’t luck. I got my one every round, I made sure to try my best to at least WIN, I never knew any of the tips that I know now and would give an arm and leg to get. Trust me it is possible and you need to understand that if you truly deserved to get out of your rank, you would be able to Smurf in it especially if your end goal is immortal or even radiant. I never once had a duo, I tried my best to never complain or even critique my teammates (because honestly who cares), I solely focused on myself and my own improvement which took me to where I needed to be. Don’t over complicate it and don’t blame the world for having bad teammates because anything in this life, even if it is harder, you can do it alone.

I will take your word then, and try to do it all by myself. Thank you for all the feedback and advice you have provided for me, I truly appreciate it.
